    Abstract: An optical fiber cassette with corresponding rail structures includes a plurality of rail structures and an optical fiber cassette. Each rail structure includes a front flexible buckling arm and a rear buckling hook. The front flexible buckling arm includes a first suspended arm reflexed from a front portion of the rail structure and a stopping block formed on an end portion of the first suspended arm. The optical fiber cassette is located between the corresponding rail structures. The optical fiber cassette includes a front engaging block corresponding to the front flexible buckling arm and a rear buckling arm corresponding to the rear buckling hook. The rear flexible buckling arm includes a second suspended arm reflexed from a rear portion of the optical fiber cassette and an engaging hook formed on an end portion of the second suspended arm.

    Abstract: An electrical plug connector includes a metallic shell, an insulated housing, a grounding plate, a first terminal module, a second terminal module, and a molding block. The first terminal module includes first plug terminals and a first combining block. The second terminal module includes second plug terminals and a second combining block. The insulated housing is received in the metallic shell. The first and the second combining blocks are respectively combined with the first plug terminals and the second plug terminals by insert-molding techniques. Then, the first combining block and the second combining block are respectively assembled to the grounding plate. Next, the molding block is provided to combine the first combining block with the second combining block, so that an assembly of the first terminal module, the second terminal module, and the grounding plate can be firmly assembled to the rear of the insulated housing.

    Abstract: An optical fiber connector includes an inner shell, an outer shell, and a handle. The outer shell is fitted over the inner shell. Two clamping arms are respectively extending from two ends of a side portion of the handle. Accordingly, since the handle and the outer shell are in a point-contact configuration, when a user pulls the handle, the handle drives the outer shell to move backwardly via the configuration and further compress the spring in the inner shell. Therefore, the connector can be detached from the fiber adapter. Conversely, when the user pushes the handle, the push block on the handle pushes the tail cap due to the mating between the push block and the tail cap, so that the optical fiber connector can be inserted into the fiber adapter.

    Abstract: An electrical receptacle connector includes a mount member, a tongue, first terminals, second terminals, and a shielding plate. The mount member and the tongue are received in a metallic shell. The terminals and the shielding plate are on the mount member and the tongue. The tongue includes terminal grooves and recesses. The terminal grooves are formed on a first surface of the tongue. Each of the recesses is recessed toward a tip of the tongue from an inner sidewall in the corresponding terminal groove. Flat contact portions of the first terminals are held in the terminal grooves. End portions of the flat contact portions are received in the recesses. Therefore, upon the tongue is deflected, the flat contact portions are constrainted in the recesses and not detached from the tongue, thereby improving stability and reliability in the contact with an electrical plug connector.

    Abstract: An electrical receptacle connector includes a terminal module received in a metallic shell. The terminal module includes a base portion and receptacle terminals held on the base portion. A notch is recessed from a periphery of an insertion opening of the metallic shell. Therefore, when the electrical receptacle connector is assembled in an electronic device, the periphery of the notch corresponds to the periphery of a cut opening of a housing of the electronic device. The periphery of the cut opening and the periphery of the notch are aligned along the same profile line, and the periphery of the notch does not protrude out of the cut opening. Therefore, the periphery of the insertion opening will not interfere with other components assembled with the housing, and the problem of that the conventional design cannot satisfy the design change of the housing of the electronic device can be solved.
