    Abstract: A holding member holding an energy storage device is provided with: a first frame including an end member aligned with the energy storage device, and an attachment portion connected to the end member; a second frame including a body aligned with the energy storage device, and an extension extending from the body and extending along the outer surface of the end member; and a plurality of coupling portions that couple the first frame and the second frame in a first direction and disposed in the extension at an interval in a second direction. The attachment portion includes an installation portion that is installed on a fixing surface. The other coupling portion is further apart from a center line extending in the second direction of the end member than a coupling portion closest to the installation portion.

    Abstract: An energy storage device includes: a negative electrode having a negative composite layer on a negative electrode collector foil and a negative composite layer non-forming part along a side of a negative electrode collector foil; a positive electrode including a positive composite layer on a positive electrode collector foil and a positive composite layer non-forming part along a side of the positive electrode collector foil; and a separator including an insulating layer on its surface opposing the positive electrode. An end S1 on a side of the negative electrode current collector of the separator is projected more than an end P1 on the side of the negative electrode current collector of the positive composite layer, an end S2 on a side of the positive electrode current collector of the separator is projected more than an end P2 on the side of the positive electrode current collector of the positive composite layer, and a distance W2 from the end P2 to the end S2 is smaller than a distance W1 from the end P1 to the end S1.

    Abstract: A management device for an energy storage device, the energy storage device being mounted in a vehicle and configured to supply power to a specific load that consumes power during parking. The management device includes: a circuit board equipped with a processing unit; a resistor that detects a current of the energy storage device; and a connecting member that electrically connects the resistor and the circuit board. The processing unit calculates SOC of the energy storage device based on the current detected by the resistor. The connecting member includes a signal line, and a shield layer that shields the signal line. One end of the signal line, is connected to the resistor by welding and joining, and the other end of the signal line, is connected to the circuit board by welding and joining.
