Abstract: The disclosure relates to a user equipment (UE). The UE comprises a transceiver and a circuitry. The transceiver, in operation, receives downlink control information (DCI) signalling. The circuitry, in operation, obtains, from the DCI signalling, a scheduling indication. The scheduling indication indicates a number, N, of transport blocks (TBs), N being greater than 1, and a scheduling gap, K. The scheduling gap indicates an offset in time-domain between the reception of the DCI signalling and the N TBs. The circuitry determines, if K is smaller than a minimum scheduling gap, Kmin, based on the DCI signalling and Kmin, that zero or more resources are scheduled by the DCI signalling. Each of the zero or more scheduled resources is i) at least Kmin slots after a slot carrying the DCI signalling, and ii) to be used for a transmission of a TB of the N TBs.

Abstract: Provided are M signal processors that respectively generate modulated signals for M reception apparatuses (where M is an integer equal to 2 or greater), a multiplexing signal processor, and N antenna sections (where N is an integer equal to 1 or greater). When transmitting multiple streams, each of the M signal processors generates two mapped signals, generates first and second precoded signals by precoding the two mapped signals, periodically changes the phase of signal points in the IQ plane with respect to the second precoded signal, outputs the phase-changed signal, and outputs the first precoded signal and the phase-changed second precoded signal as two modulated signals. When transmitting a single stream, each of the M signal processor outputs a single modulated signal. The multiplexing signal processor multiplexes the modulated signals output from the M signal processors, and generates N multiplexed signals. The N antenna sections respectively transmit the N multiplexed signals.

Abstract: A terminal includes a receiver, which, in operation, receives time unit information related to an amount of an uplink time resource per a time unit, and receives a number of repetitions over a plurality of the time units, wherein the time unit includes a downlink time resource for a downlink signal and the uplink time resource for a response signal. The amount of the uplink time resource is expressed as a fixed number of consecutive symbols that remains the same number over the plurality of the time units over which the response signal is repeatedly transmitted. The terminal includes a transmitter, which, in operation, repeatedly transmits the response signal over the plurality of the time units.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a transmitting device for transmitting vehicular data via a sidelink interface to one or more receiving devices. The transmitting device performs autonomous radio resource allocation for transmitting the vehicular data via the sidelink interface. An application layer generates the vehicular data and forwards the vehicular data together with a priority indication and one or more quality of service parameters to a transmission layer responsible for transmission of the vehicular data via the sidelink interface. The transmission layer performs autonomous radio resource allocation based on the received priority indication and the one or more quality of service parameters. The transmission layer transmits the vehicular data via the sidelink interface to the one or more receiving devices according to the performed autonomous radio resource allocation.

Abstract: An encoder determines, based on a width and a height of a block, whether or not to disable a prediction mode in which the block is split along a partitioning line defined by a distance and an angle and then prediction is performed; and encodes the block with the prediction mode disabled or not disabled according to a result of the determination on whether or not to disable the prediction mode. Here, the distance is the shortest distance between the center of the block and the partitioning line, and the angle is an angle representing a direction from the center of the block toward the partitioning line in the shortest distance. The encoder determines to disable the prediction mode when (i) a width-to-height ratio is at least 8 or (ii) a height-to-width ratio is at least 8.
