Abstract: An encoder includes circuitry and memory connected to the circuitry. In operation, the circuitry: stores MV information and correction processing information into a FIFO buffer for an HMVP mode in association, the MV information being derived for a processed block and correction processing information being related to correction processing of a prediction image of the processed block; registers, in a prediction candidate list for a merge mode, one or more prediction candidates each being a combination of MV information and correction processing information, the prediction candidates including a prediction candidate which is a combination of the motion vector information and the correction processing information stored in the FIFO buffer; and selects a prediction candidate from the prediction candidate list when a current block is to be processed in the merge mode, and performs correction processing of a prediction image of the current block, based on the correction processing information.

Abstract: Provided is a method for transmitting a broadcasting content and a line content, the broadcasting content and the line content being synchronously displayed, the method including: generating a line parity packet from a plurality of line data packets in each of which the line content is stored; transmitting the line data packet and the line parity packet through a communication line; and transmitting a plurality of broadcasting data packets in each of which the broadcasting content is stored, from a base station using a broadcasting wave, a transfer clock time of the broadcasting content being delayed by a predetermined time compared with a transfer clock time of the line content. At this point, video quality can be improved when the real-time broadcasting program content and the real-time line content are simultaneously displayed.

Abstract: A method for verifying content data to be used in a vehicle is provided. The method includes acquiring content data, acquiring, from partial data divided from the content data, a respective plurality of first hash values, acquiring a signature generated by using the first hash values and a key, acquiring state information that indicates a state of a vehicle, determining an integer N that is greater than or equal to one based on the acquired state information, generating, from N pieces of partial data included in the partial data, respective second hash values, verifying the content data by using each of (a) a subset of the plurality of first hash values respectively generated from partial data other than the N pieces of partial data, (b) the second hash values, and (c) the signature, and outputting information that indicates a result of the verifying.

Abstract: A communication apparatus includes a PHY frame generating circuit that generates a PHY frame including either of a short Sector Sweep frame and a Sector Sweep frame; and an array antenna that selects, based on the PHY frame, any sector from among a plurality of sectors and transmits the PHY frame. In a case where, in the PHY frame including the short Sector Sweep frame, a Direction field of the short Sector Sweep frame indicates Initiator Sector Sweep, the PHY frame generating circuit replaces a Short Sector Sweep Feedback field indicating a number of a selected best short Sector Sweep with a Short Scrambled Basic Service Set ID field indicating an abbreviated address generated from an address of a destination communication apparatus.

Abstract: An image decoder performs a first partitioning including using a first partition mode, without parsing first splitting information indicative of the first partition mode, to split a first block into a plurality of second blocks in response to that the first block is located adjacent to an edge of a picture and that the dimensions of the first block satisfy a first condition; and performs a second partitioning on the second block by parsing second splitting information indicative of a second partition mode, wherein the second partition mode allows at least one of a quad tree splitting and a binary splitting, and using the second partition mode to split the second block into a plurality of coding units (CUs), wherein the second partition mode prohibits the quad tree splitting of the second block in response to that the second block is located adjacent to the edge of the picture.

The bitstream further includes information which distinguishes between the at least one other node and the at least one node.

The MPDCCH is a PDCCH intended for the MTC terminal. The resource assignment bits are associated with a resource that is used when the MPDCCH and the PDSCH are transmitted in the same subframe and a resource that is used when the MPDCCH and the PDSCH are transmitted in different subframes.

And all of the plural PDSCH receptions or plural PUSCH transmission are scheduled such that one of the decoded plural DCIs from each of the plural TRPs is scheduling a same one PDSCH reception or a same one PUSCH transmission on a same one of the plural TRPs. The user equipment receives or transmits same data in the respectively scheduled plural PDSCH receptions from or PUSCH transmission to each of the plural TRPs.
