Abstract: A centrifugal pump assembly includes a pump head, a pump base defining a pump inlet and a pump outlet, a fluid outlet channel from the pump head to the pump outlet, impellers, defining an impeller fluid channel between an impeller inlet and outlet and connected with one of rotor shaft segments including a positive fit coupling for torque transfer between at least two rotor shaft segments, and one or more pump stage housing segments arranged between the pump base and the pump head. The pump stage housing segments have a structure defining a guide passage for receiving pumped fluid from the impeller outlet of the impellers and for guiding pumped fluid to the impeller inlet of another one of the impellers or to the pump head. The pump stage housing segments each have a structure defining at least a part of a wall section of the fluid outlet channel.

Abstract: A communication system includes a headset, which is configured to output sound waves to an ear of a user based on an audio signal, as well as a microphone, which is configured to output a microphone signal based on ambient sound. Abstract: A socket spanner insert releases or fastens wheel bolts which in the mounted state rest inside wheel bolt holes of a car rim. The socket spanner insert includes a base body which has a screw head receptacle and a tool receptacle, and a sleeve which encompasses the base body at least in portions and is rotatably connected to the base body. In order to prevent damage to the rims when mounting and removing wheel bolts, a retaining element is provided which, during release or fastening of the wheel bolt, blocks a relative rotational movement of the sleeve with respect to the car rim and allows a rotation of the base body within the sleeve.

Abstract: A process for the additive manufacture of a metallic and/or vitreous and/or ceramic component, a mixture of substrate particles and an at least two-phase binder is firstly provided. The mixture is preferably provided as composite particles, so that the substrate particles adhere to one another by the at least two-phase binder. The mixture is selectively melted layerwise by electromagnetic radiation so that a shaped part is additively produced. The shaped part is taken out from the mixture which has not been melted and the at least two-phase binder is subsequently removed, preferably successively. The process produces a microporous shaped part which after sintering leads to a component having a desired density and a desired mechanical and/or thermal stability.

Abstract: A computer implemented method and a system abates the presence of sulphide (H2S(g), H2S(aq) or HS-(aq)) in a wastewater flowing in a specific wastewater network from an upstream pumping pit to a downstream pumping pit or manhole. The computer implemented method and a system includes dosing into the wastewater at a position upstream of the downstream pit or manhole a chemical for abatement of sulphide, determining by use of a sensor the concentration of sulphide at a position downstream of the position at which chemical is dosed into the wastewater, such as located in the downstream manhole. The amount of chemical dosed is determined by use of a general agent and a specific agent.
