Abstract:
A compressed gas supply unit has scroll compressors. Gas discharged from the scroll compressors travels through a main supply passage and is reserved in a reservoir tank, after which the gas is supplied to a gas recipient from a supply passage. The scroll compressors include inverter devices that allow for independent modulation of the speeds of respective drive motors. The controller includes a speed range setting unit that sets an upper speed limit and a lower speed limit of the scroll compressors, a speed sum calculating unit that calculates a sum of speeds of the scroll compressors based on a load of the compressed gas supply unit, and a speed setting unit that allocates the calculated sum of speeds among the scroll compressors to set speeds for scroll compressors respectively.
Abstract:
Provided is a double rotation type scroll expander, aiming at protecting a bearing that supports drive shaft a drive shaft and the like from the heat of a working medium when a working medium introduction hole is provided in the drive shaft. The working medium introduction hole is drilled into the drive shaft such that the high-temperature, high-pressure working medium is supplied to expansion chambers through the working medium introduction hole. An adiabatic sleeve that forms a part of the working medium introduction hole is attached to the drive shaft in an internal region of roller bearings that support the drive shaft and a driven scroll body rotatably. Heat transfer from the working medium to the roller bearings is suppressed by the adiabatic sleeve, whereby the roller bearings are prevented from deteriorating.
Abstract:
A double rotation type scroll expander that expands steam includes a first drive scroll, a second drive scroll, a driven scroll, a rotation mechanism that supports the driven scroll rotatably, and a revolving mechanism that couples the driven scroll to the first drive scroll and the second drive scroll to be capable of revolving relative thereto. The revolving mechanism includes: a plurality of metal revolving pins provided respectively between a first drive end plate of the first drive scroll and a first driven arm of the rotation mechanism and between a second drive end plate of the second drive scroll and a second driven arm of the rotation mechanism; and a plurality of metal revolving discs provided in relation to the respective revolving pins and disposed such that respectively corresponding revolving pins are coupled thereto eccentrically.
Abstract:
The electrostatic spray device includes a liquid sprayer including a nozzle that spouts a liquid; a voltage applicator that applies a voltage between the liquid sprayer and a heteropolar portion functioning as a pole opposite a pole of the liquid sprayer to generate an electrostatic force for causing the liquid to separate from a distal end of the nozzle in a charging state; and a stabilization electrode that maintains a stable spraying state of the liquid even when a pressure is applied to the liquid to supply the nozzle with the liquid. The stabilization electrode has an electric potential identical to an electric potential of the liquid sprayer, and is disposed near the nozzle such that a jet portion formed at a front of the nozzle by a linear extension of the liquid has a length longer than a length of the jet portion before the stabilization electrode is provided.
Abstract:
An electrostatic spray device including a voltage applicator and an isoelectric line adjustment electrode. The voltage applicator applies a voltage between a liquid sprayer and a heteropolar portion functioning as a pole opposite from a pole of the liquid sprayer to generate an electrostatic force. The isoelectric line adjustment electrode is made from a conductive material and adjusts equipotential curves appearing so as to surround the nozzle. The isoelectric line adjustment electrode obtains the equipotential curves at least partially drawing curvature gentler than curves of equipotential curves appearing near a front side of the nozzle in a state where the isoelectric line adjustment electrode is not disposed. The isoelectric line adjustment electrode is located near an outer periphery at a distal end of the nozzle and has an electric potential identical to an electric potential of the liquid sprayer such that the equipotential curves drawing the gentle curvature are obtained.
Abstract:
A spray gun having a body formed of a front end, a middle, and a rear end, a gas cap attached to the front end, and a needle that opens/closes a liquid nozzle attached to the middle. The front end has a through-hole extending from a front side, on which the gas cap is disposed, toward the middle. The middle includes a protrusion in the through-hole of the front end and a through-hole leading to a liquid supply port formed in the middle and extending from a front end side through the protrusion toward the rear end. The liquid nozzle is in the through-hole of the protrusion. The needle extends from a rear end side through the through-hole of the middle so that a distal end of the needle is in a distal opening of the liquid nozzle in an insertable/removable manner.

A package type fluid machine includes at least one intake port which is provided in a housing and communicates with an installation region of a plurality of fluid machine units; a plurality of exhaust paths which is provided inside the housing, and includes a first exhaust path which allows gas passed through the fluid machine of the plurality of fluid machine units to flow, and a second exhaust path different from the first exhaust path; and a single exhaust port which is provided in the housing, communicates with downstream end portions of the plurality of exhaust paths, and collects and discharges the gas flowed through the plurality of exhaust paths.
Abstract:
A scroll fluid machine includes fixed and orbiting scrolls which form a compression chamber; a land which divides the compression chamber into first-stage and second-stage compression chambers; a wrap groove formed in a spiral shape along a tip of a fixed wrap of the fixed scroll; an intermediate groove formed in the land; a seal member; and an intermediate seal member. The land includes a first-stage outlet communicating with the first-stage compression chamber and a second-stage inlet communicating with the second-stage compression chamber. The wrap groove includes an outer peripheral wrap groove adjacent to the land on a radially outward side and an inner peripheral wrap groove adjacent to the land on a radially inward side. The intermediate groove is in communication with the outer and inner peripheral wrap grooves. The seal member is fitted in the wrap groove except the outer and inner wrap grooves. The intermediate seal member includes an outer peripheral seal portion fitted in the outer peripheral wrap groove, an inner peripheral seal portion fitted in the inner peripheral wrap groove, and the intermediate seal portion fitted in the intermediate groove and connected to the outer and inner peripheral seal portions.
