摘要： A blue-emitting polymer in which a bisindenospirofluorene unit is incorporated in a polyarylene polymer backbone, and an organic EL device using the blue-emitting polymer as a light-emitting material. One example of the blue-emitting polymer may be represented by Formula 1: where Ar, R1 through R14, X1 and X2, M and n are defined in the specification. The organic EL device exhibits excellent emission efficiency, low turn-on voltage, good color stability and color purity.

摘要： Disclosed herein are a polymer solar cell, comprising a substrate, a first electrode, a hole injection layer, a photoactive layer, and a second electrode, characterized in that an electron-accepting layer is formed between the photoactive layer and the second electrode, and a method of manufacturing the polymer solar cell. The polymer solar cell comprises an electron-accepting layer between the photoactive layer and the second electrode, thereby assuring excellent power conversion efficiency. Furthermore, high power conversion efficiency can also be attained in a low-temperature thermal annealing process.

摘要： Disclosed herein are a novel dye for a photoelectric device and a photoelectric device comprising the dye. More particularly, the dye for a photoelectric device incorporates different quaternary ammoniums into a carboxyl or phosphoric acid-substituted bipyridyl ligand of the dye, and a photoelectric device comprising the same. The dye for a photoelectric device as disclosed herein exhibits improved photosensitivity and light absorbing characteristics, thereby making it possible to fabricate a highly efficient photoelectric device when the dye is included in the device.

In particular, the cyclopentaphenanthrene-based compound offers several advantages, including easy processibility, high solubility, superior color purity, color stability and thermal stability. Moreover, the cyclopentaphenanthrene-based compound may be used not only as a material for forming an organic layer of an organic electroluminescence device, particularly, a light-emitting layer, but also as a material of an organic pigment or nonlinear optical substance.
