摘要: A method of manufacturing a bump structure includes forming a passivation layer over a substrate. A metal pad structure is formed over the substrate, wherein the passivation layer surrounds the metal pad structure. A polyimide layer including a polyimide is formed over the passivation layer and the metal pad structure. A metal bump is formed over the metal pad structure and the polyimide layer. The polyimide is a reaction product of a dianhydride and a diamine, wherein at least one of the dianhydride and the diamine comprises one selected from the group consisting of a cycloalkane, a fused ring, a bicycloalkane, a tricycloalkane, a bicycloalkene, a tricycloalkene, a spiroalkane, and a heterocyclic ring.

摘要: A precursor composition which can produce a polyimide film with excellent light transmittance, mechanical properties, coefficient of linear thermal expansion and resistance to thermal decomposition; and a polyimide film obtained from the precursor composition. The polyimide precursor composition contains a polyimide precursor with a repeating unit represented by formula (I); an imidazole compound in an amount more than 0.01 mol and 2 mol or less based on one mol of the repeating units of the polyimide precursor, and a solvent.

摘要: A liquid crystal alignment agent and a preparation method thereof, a liquid crystal alignment film and a preparation method thereof, and a liquid crystal cell are provided. A piperazine monomer is added to a liquid crystal alignment agent, a bulk resistance value and a surface resistance value of a liquid crystal alignment agent material can be reduced, and the ability of the liquid crystal alignment agent material to release residual charges can be effectively improved, thereby increasing the reliability and stability of an electronic product. The liquid crystal cell using the liquid crystal alignment agent has advantages such as high voltage holding ratio (VHR) and low residual voltage.

摘要: A polyimide film contains fluorinated substituents and cardo structures. The polyimide film exhibits excellent heat-resistance, transparency and mechanical properties. The polyimide film has a glass-transition temperature (Tg) of at least 360° C., a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of 50 ppm/° C. or lower, a modulus of at least 4.0 Gpa, a b* value of 5 or lower and yellowness index of 8 or less. The polyimide film can be used as a display substrate or an optical film in a liquid crystal display (LCD), an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) and in other fields where the characteristic features are required.

摘要: The present invention provides a multilayer body of an inorganic substrate and a highly heat-resistant transparent film which has sufficient heat resistance and is able to be mechanically separated from the inorganic substrate after being subjected to various processes on the inorganic substrate since the adhesion between the highly heat-resistant transparent film and the inorganic substance is adequately weak. A multilayer body of a highly heat-resistant transparent film and an inorganic substrate, wherein: an adhesive is not substantially used; the peel strength between the highly heat-resistant transparent film and the inorganic substrate is 0.3 N/cm or less; and the CTE of the highly heat-resistant transparent film is 50 ppm/K or less.

摘要: The present invention provides the following: a photo alignment method-use liquid crystal aligning agent used to obtain a photo alignment method-use liquid crystal alignment film that does not cause bright spots even when negative liquid crystals are used, and that is capable of achieving good after-image characteristics; a liquid crystal alignment film obtained from the liquid crystal aligning agent; and a liquid crystal display element provided with the liquid crystal aligning agent. Provided is the liquid crystal aligning agent which contains a polyimide or polyimide precursor obtained from a reaction between: a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride represented by formula (1) (in the formula, X1 is as set forth in the present specification) or a derivative thereof; and a diamine component that contains a diamine represented by formula (2) (in the formula, R1, Z1 and n are as set forth in the present specification).
