Abstract:
An exposure apparatus exposing a plurality of shot areas on a substrate to light through a liquid includes a movable stage including a chuck configured to hold the substrate and a plate arranged around of the chuck, a projection optical system configured to project a light through an original onto the substrate held by the chuck, a first liquid supply nozzle arranged along a periphery of a final optical element of the projection optical system, and a plurality of second liquid supply nozzles arranged on the stage. The exposure apparatus supplies the liquid to a gap between the final optical element and the substrate through the first liquid supply nozzle. The exposure apparatus selects a nozzle for supplying the liquid from among the plurality of the second liquid supply nozzles based on a location of an exposure shot area on the substrate.
Abstract:
A wireless communication device to be wirelessly connected to a wireless network is provided. The wireless communication device includes an encryption examiner to examine as to whether communication in the wireless network is encrypted, a password obtainer to obtain a password designated by a user for connecting the wireless communication device to the wireless network if the encryption examiner determines that the communication in the wireless network is encrypted, and a wireless connector to connect the wireless communication device to the wireless network with the use of the obtained password. The wireless connector sequentially selects one set from a plurality of sets, and sequentially attempts to connect the wireless communication device to the wireless network with the use of the sequentially selected one set. Each set of the plurality of sets has an authorization method and an encryption method.
Abstract:
A computer program product for a wireless LAN system is configured such that connection settings necessary for a first communication terminal to connect with a wireless access point are made in accordance with an instruction from a second communication terminal, the second communication terminal being capable of performing data communication with the first communication terminal, the computer program product comprising computer readable instructions that cause a computer to function as the second communication terminal, the instructions defining procedures of determining, with performing data communication with the first communication terminal, whether the first communication terminal is capable of realizing a predetermined process regarding the connection settings by itself, and instructing the first communication terminal by sending the instruction for the connection settings to the first communication terminal in accordance with a result of determination made by the determining procedure.
Abstract:
An exposure apparatus for lithographically transferring a pattern of an original onto a substrate to be exposed includes a first detector for detecting a position of an alignment mark on an exposure shot formed on the substrate, a second detector for detecting a local tilt adjacent to the alignment mark, the position of which is detected by the first detector, and a third detector for detecting a tilt of the exposure shot.
Abstract:
A wireless communication device may obtain, from each of one or more access points, access point information including network identification information corresponding to the access point. The wireless communication device may determine, in a case where specific network identification information corresponding to a specific access point is selected by a user from among one or more network identification information, whether specific access point information obtained from the specific access point includes support information indicating that the specific access point is supporting an automatic wireless setting mode. The wireless communication device may perform a wireless setting in accordance with the automatic wireless setting mode in a first case where a determination is made that the specific access point information includes the support information.
Abstract:
A controlling device may acquire setting information regarding a wireless setting for a wireless communication currently being set in a wireless communication device. The controlling device may determine, using the setting information, whether the wireless setting indicates a first authentication method in which an authentication is performed by an authentication server or a second authentication method in which an authentication is performed by a device with which the wireless communication performing unit performs a wireless communication directly. The controlling device may provide a first screen to a displaying unit in a first case where a determination is made that the wireless setting indicates the first authentication method. The controlling device may provide a second screen which is different from the first screen to the displaying unit in a second case where a determination is made that the wireless setting indicates the second authentication method.

Abstract:
A dual network telephone device may be configured to selectively perform a telephone communication via a public telephone network and via an IP telephone network. The dual network telephone device may be configured to generate IP telephone identification information for a non-IP telephone device configured to perform a telephone communication using the dual network telephone device via the public telephone network, register to an IP telephone server an association of an IP address of the dual network telephone device and the IP telephone identification information for the non-IP telephone device, receive a first call request sent from the IP telephone server, send a call request notice instruction to the non-IP telephone device on a condition that the first call request includes the IP telephone identification information for the non-IP telephone device as a call request destination, receive IP telephone identification information input to and sent from the non-IP telephone device, send a second call request to the IP telephone server. The second call request includes both the received IP telephone identification information as a call request destination and the IP telephone identification information for the non-IP telephone device as a call request source. Further, the dual network telephone device may be configured to receive a response in reply to the second call request, and transfer voice data, which is sent from the call request source of the first call request or from the call request destination of the second call request to the non-IP telephone device and to transfer voice data sent from the non-IP telephone device to the call request source of the first call request or to the call request destination of the second call request on a condition that a call start operation is operated at the non-IP telephone device in response to the call request notice instruction or the response is a positive response.
Abstract:
A data analysis provider system includes a client device and a data analysis provider both capable of two-way transmission. The client device transmits either target-of-analysis data or information relating to the target-of-analysis data to the data analysis provider. Additionally, the client device notifies the data analysis provider of a desired process to be performed on the target-of-analysis data. The data analysis provider receives the target-of-analysis data or information relating to the target-of-analysis data transmitted from the client device and confirms the desired process. Then, the data analysis provider prepares response data that enables the client device to perform the desired process and transmits the response data to the client device. The client device receives the response data from the data analysis provider.
