    Abstract: A camera module and a fabrication method thereof are provided. The camera module includes a lens structure and an image sensor device chip disposed under the lens structure. The lens structure includes a transparent substrate and a lens disposed on the transparent substrate. A spacer is disposed on the transparent substrate to surround the lens, wherein the spacer contains a base pattern and a dry film photoresist. The method includes forming a base pattern on a carrier and attaching a dry film photoresist on the carrier. The dry film photoresist is planarized by a lamination process and then patterned to form a spacer. A transparent substrate having a plurality of lenses is provided. The spacer is stripped from the carrier, attaching on the transparent substrate to surround each of the lenses, and then bonded with image sensor device chips.

    Abstract: A clock de-skewing delay locked loop circuit is revealed. In the clock de-skewing delay locked loop circuit, a timing control circuit generates a first and a second clock signals according to an external and an internal clock signal. A clock delay line delays the first clock signal or the external clock signal to generate delay signals. A delay mirror circuit synchronizes the internal clock signal with the external clock signal. A phase adjustment circuit inverts the internal clock signal according to the phase difference. An inverting buffer circuit buffers the external clock signal or the first clock signal for adding an initial delay time so as to make a duty cycle of internal clock signal and of the external clock signal complement each other. Thus the duty cycle of the external clock signal in the proposed circuit is not necessarily 50%.

    Abstract: An active solid heatsink device and fabricating method thereof is related to a high-effective solid cooling device, where heat generated by a heat source with a small area and a high heat-generating density diffuses to a whole substrate using a heat conduction characteristic of hot electrons of a thermionic (TI) structure, and the thermionic (TI) structure and a thermo-electric (TE) structure share the substrate where the heat diffuses to. Further, the shared substrate serves as a cold end of the TE structure, and the heat diffusing to the shared substrate is pumped to another substrate of the TE structure serving as a hot end of the TE structure.

    Abstract: An electrowetting pixel structure includes a substrate, a hydrophobic dielectric layer, a non-polar liquid, a polar liquid, at least one electrode, and at least one contact hole. The hydrophobic dielectric layer is formed on the substrate, the non-polar liquid covers one surface of the hydrophobic dielectric layer, and the polar liquid is provided on the hydrophobic dielectric layer where the non-polar liquid and the polar liquid are immiscible. The electrode is formed on the substrate and divides the substrate into an electrode section and a non-electrode section. When a voltage is applied to the electrowetting pixel structure, the non-polar liquid contracts on the hydrophobic dielectric layer and is confined to an area substantially overlapping the non-electrode section. The contact hole is formed on the substrate at a position away from the non-electrode section of the electrowetting pixel structure.
