Abstract: The present invention receives from a first user input device a resource transfer request via a first communication channel; determines that the first communication channel does not meet channel requirements for secure communication; determines whether other the communication channels associated with other input devices meet the channel requirements; determines user input devices whose communication channels does not meet the channel requirements; determines alternate communication channels for the user input devices whose communication channels does not meet the channel requirements using the user input devices whose communication channels meets the channel requirements; determines a second communication channel associated with a second user input device meeting the channel requirements; triggers the second user input device to establish a communication link with the first user input device, wherein the second communication channel and the communication link form an alternate communication channel with the first user input device; and executes the resource transfer request.

Abstract: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for the parallel testing of multiple data processing channels. The present invention may be configured to generate a data packet, send the data packet to a processing channel for processing at a send time, receive the processed data from the processing channel at a return time, determine the percent accuracy for the processed data from the processing channel, and record the send time, return time, and percent accuracy in an analytics system. The present invention may also be configured to determine the security of the processing channel and record the security in the analytics system.

The present invention is configured to receive, from a first user input device via a first communication channel, a request to access resources; retrieve connectivity and routing parameters associated with the first communication channel; determine communication channel requirements associated with the request to access the resources; determine that the connectivity and routing parameters associated with the first communication channel does not meet the communication channel requirements associated with the request to access the resources; capture geographic information associated with the first user input device; determine a second communication channel available to the first user input device to access the resources; and authorize the first user input device to access the resources via the second communication channel.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for an integrated entity resource distribution device set-up and deliver platform for distribution of devices to an entity for resource acceptance. An entity must be activated and on-boarded to accept resource acceptance and processing. The invention creates a platform for identification of entity needs with respect to resource acceptance devices. Furthermore, the system integrate software and firmware in an appropriate sequence onto resource acceptance devices components and sub-components. The platform then ties the software with the entity and the resource acceptance device identifiers to allow for resource distribution processing for the entity to intelligently provide correct loading and correlating of subcomponents onto a device without entity setup and integration with other merchant devices.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for generation of dynamic authentication tokens for use in system-to-system transaction authorization and user identity verification. The system utilizes user historical data to generate unique authentication tokens which are customized to a particular user. Furthermore, the system rotates not only the encryption algorithms used, but also the datasets being encrypted in order to provide a high level of security such that even if a user's historical data was compromised, it would be highly unlikely that an attacker would be able to recreate the authentication token stemming from said historical data at any given point in time. The system eliminates the need for user-provided authentication credentials and provides a more secure and more efficient method of authenticating data exchange between multiple systems or applications.

Abstract: A system for geographic resource mapping is provided. The system comprises: a memory device with computer-readable program code stored thereon; a communication device connected to a network; a processing device, wherein the processing device is configured to execute the computer-readable program code to: receive a geographic location for a proposed resource site from a user; extract historical interaction information associated with the geographic location and the user from an interaction database; generate a resource map for the geographic location based on the historical interaction information and the proposed resource site; calculate a landscape score for the proposed resource site at the geographic location, wherein the landscape score compares the proposed resource site with other resource sites associated with the geographic location based on the generated resource map; and based on the landscape score falling below a predetermined threshold, reject the proposed resource site at the geographic location.

Abstract: A heightened level of security is provided in a computing platform by monitoring usage of applications and/or services residing on or accessible to a computing platform to determine abnormal usage patterns. In response to determining an abnormal pattern of usage, the user is required to provide biometric data, such as voice data, facial feature data, fingerprint data or the like, as a means of authenticating the user. The abnormal pattern of usage may be determined dynamically by comparing current usage patterns to known user baseline usage patterns. The present invention is configured to receive, from a first user input device, a request to access resources via a first communication channel; determine, using a network device configuration monitoring engine, device configuration parameters associated with the first user input device; determine configuration requirements associated with the first communication channel; determine that the device configuration parameters associated with the first user input device does not meet the configuration requirements associated with the first communication channel; trigger a channel switch engine; determine, using the channel switch engine, that the device configuration parameters associated with the first user input device meets configuration parameters associated with a second communication channel; and authorize the first user input device to access the resources via the second communication channel.
