    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of rechargeable battery and, particularly, relates to an electrode member, an electrode assembly and a rechargeable battery. The electrode member includes an electrode body and a conduction structure, the electrode body comprises an insulation substrate and an conduction layer placed on a surface of the insulation substrate, the conduction layer includes a first portion and a second portion extending from the first portion, the first portion is coated with an active material while the second portion is not coated with the active material, and the conduction structure is connected to the second portion. After the electrode assembly is formed by winding or stacking of the electrode members, adjacent current guide portions are electrically connected to one another by the conduction structure, without being limited by the insulation substrate, so that the conductivity of the electrode member is effectively improved.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cap assembly for a secondary battery and a secondary battery. The cap assembly for the secondary battery includes a cap plate, a fixing member, a connecting member, an electrode terminal and a reinforcing portion, wherein the cap plate has an electrode lead-out hole; the fixing member is fixed to the cap plate through the connecting member; the electrode terminal comprises a terminal board, wherein the terminal board has an outer peripheral surface at least partially surrounded by the fixing member so that the electrode terminal is fixed to the fixing member, and the terminal board is provided on a side of the cap plate and covers the electrode lead-out hole; and the reinforcing portion is fixed to the cap plate, and extends along a width direction of the cap plate.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a secondary battery which comprises: a cap plate provided with a first electrode terminal and a second electrode terminal; an electrode assembly comprising a main body, a first electrode tab provided to the main body and a second electrode tab provided to the main body; a first connecting piece connected between the first electrode tab and the first electrode terminal. The second electrode tab is connected with the second electrode terminal. The first electrode tab includes a first connecting portion welded with the first connecting piece and a first bending portion bent downwardly and connected between the main body of the electrode assembly and the first connecting portion. A first insulating adhesive is adhered on weld zones which are formed during welding of the first connecting portion and the first connecting piece and face the main body of the electrode assembly.

    Abstract: A battery cell includes a housing, an electrode assembly, and a sealing member. The housing is provided with an electrolyte injection hole for injecting an electrolyte. The electrode assembly is accommodated in the housing. The sealing member includes a main body portion, a transition portion surrounding an outer side of the main body portion, and a connecting portion surrounding an outer side of the transition portion.     Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a battery cell, a battery, and an apparatus using a battery, where the battery cell includes: a housing with an opening; and an end cover covering the opening. The housing and the end cover are welded together to form a fusion zone. The end cover is provided with a first stress-relieving groove on an inner surface. The first stress-relieving groove is configured to recess from the inner surface of the end cover in a direction leaving the inside of the battery cell, so as to relieve stress produced by welding of the housing and the end cover. The technical solutions provided in the embodiments of this application can enhance safety performance of batteries.
