摘要： In one embodiment of the invention, a method for forming a tungsten-containing layer on a substrate is provided which includes positioning a substrate containing a barrier layer disposed thereon in a process chamber, exposing the substrate to a first soak process for a first time period and depositing a nucleation layer on the barrier layer by flowing a tungsten-containing precursor and a reductant into the process chamber. The method further includes exposing the nucleation layer to a second soak process for a second time period and depositing a bulk layer on the nucleation layer. In one example, the barrier layer contains titanium nitride, the first and second soak processes independently comprise at least one reducing gas selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, silane, disilane, dichlorosilane, borane, diborane, derivatives thereof and combinations thereof and the nucleation layer may be deposited by an atomic layer deposition process or a pulsed chemical vapor deposition process while the bulk layer may be deposited by a chemical vapor deposition process or a physical vapor deposition process.

The controller module is coupled to the drive module and the spherical aberration compensator for controlling the drive module to perform the predetermined operation during a first period of time and the spherical aberration compensator to perform the spherical aberration compensation during a second period of time. The first period of time overlaps the second period of time.

摘要： A lock cylinder assembly comprises at least a cylinder body, a plug, a position block and a resilient member. The cylinder body has a hollow cylinder portion and the hollow cylinder portion has an inside wall and an axial groove recessed from the inside wall. The plug disposed within the hollow cylinder portion of the cylinder body has a front portion, a middle portion, a drive portion and a keyhole formed at the front portion and the middle portion. The position block is disposed at the keyhole of the plug adjacent to the drive portion and has a protrusion protruding from the plug. The protrusion is movably disposed within the axial groove of the hollow cylinder portion. The resilient member is disposed between the drive portion of the plug and the position block and one end of the resilient member contacts against the position block.

摘要： An adjustable support structure for a panel computer includes: a cradle having a slide slot at a middle section, at least two fastening slots placed at a bottom surface of the slide slot, and at least two pairs of positioning holes separately corresponding to the fastening slots are placed on two side walls of the slide slot. The back end of the support prop is optionally pushed against one of the fastening slots in the cradle; therefore, the cradle, the back support and the support prop which form a triangularly linked structure. The elastic unit can be pressed to drive the two positioning tabs to leave the positioning holes, so that the support prop can slide along the parallel track until the back support is at a desired leaning angle.

The mounting plate has at least two hook members while the actuating plate having at least two hook members, an adjusting window and a limiting member. Each of the elastic members has a first end and a second end for engaging with the hook members of the mounting plate and the actuating plate. At least one of the elastic members is aligned with the adjusting window of the actuating plate for releasing the elastic member. The limiting member is used to position the released elastic member to avoid falling off.
