    摘要: A CNT-PI complex primarily includes polyimide (PI) and carbon nanotubes (CNT) dispersed in the polyimide. The method for producing the CNT-PI complex first disperses carbon nanotubes in a solvent by adding a dispersant and using an ultrasonic oscillator. Then the carbon nanotubes dispersion is mixed with polyamic acid to give a CNT-PI dispersion. The CNT-PI dispersion is then dried to form a film or layer of the CNT-PI complex. The dispersant used in this invention is an ionic liquid including organic cations and inorganic anions. The produced CNT-PI complex possesses good electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and presents better networked structures and electrical conductivity.

    摘要: A medical light solidifying device includes a housing box, a rotary work table, a lighting source reflection body, and an LED lighting source set. The rotary work table is rotatably located in the housing box for being placed with a target material. The lighting source reflection body includes at least two reflection masks. Each mask has a reflection wall surrounding the rotary work table. Each of the reflection walls of the two reflection masks respectively has at least one reflection surface. The LED lighting source set is located above the rotary work table and the lighting source reflection body, and includes a plurality of LED units for emitting a beam with a specific wavelength for solidifying the target material. Thereby, the dead zone of the LED lighting source set is reduced so that the usage efficiency thereof is increase, and furthermore the target material can be efficiently and uniformly solidified.

A passivation layer is formed on the TFT and the gate insulation layer. A black matrix is formed on the passivation layer. A dielectric layer is formed on the black matrix and the color filter layer. The dielectric layer and the passivation layer are patterned to expose the drain.     摘要: A radial runout detection method and device for an optical disk drive, which sets a reference locus at a location distant from a current beam locus by M, a minimum track number, a maximum track number and a detection time, and executes the following steps in the detection time: increasing M when a data track across the current beam locus moves toward a direction of the reference locus, and otherwise decreasing M; setting the minimum track number as M when M decreased is smaller than the minimum track number; setting the maximum track number as M when M increased is greater than the maximum track number. Accordingly, a runout track number is computed by subtracting the minimum track number from the maximum track number.
