摘要: Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to nanoscale electronic devices that provide nonvolatile memristive switching. In one aspect, a two-terminal device (600) comprises a first electrode (602), a second electrode (604), and an active region (606) disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The active region includes a mobile dopant (608), and a fast drift ionic species (610). The fast drift ionic species drifts into a diode-like electrode/active region interface temporarily increasing conductance across the interface when a write voltage is applied to the two-terminal device to switch the device conductance.

摘要: A system and method for troubleshooting errors that occur during token requests. An identity provider generates a session ID and uses the session ID when logging events that occur during handling of the request. Multiple servers, processes, or threads may use the same session ID. The session ID may be sent with an error message to the requester. An ID of one or more servers that processed the request may also be sent to the requester. Upon receiving the error message, the requester may provide the error information to an administrator, who uses the information to retrieve associated logged events.

摘要: A water-based ink for use in a computer-to-plate inkjet printing and a preparation method therefor. A polymer of 5 to 40 wt %, an additive of 0.01 to 10 wt %, a dye or pigment of 0.01 to 10 wt %, an organic solvent of 1 to 30 wt %, an anti-foaming agent of 0 to 5 wt %, and deionized water are stirred and mixed at room temperature. When the polymer is dissolved, the mixed solution is filtered. The filtrate is the water-based ink. The water-based ink is sprayed via a computer-to-plate machine onto a surface of a metal substrate (which may be an aluminum plate, a zinc plate, or a copper plate) to form a graphic region. A printing plate allowing for computer-to-plate printing is acquired after solidification. The printing plate acquired is allowed to achieve a halftone dot reproduction rate between 2 and 99% and a recognition rate of 175 lpi.

摘要: A rotatable transfer apparatus includes a housing and a circuit board having at least two interfaces. The housing includes a top cover, a sidewall, a bottom board and an elastic module. The top cover is rotatably mounted at one side of the sidewall. The bottom board is mounted at the other side of the sidewall opposite to the top cover. The sidewall, the bottom board and the top cover define a receiving space for receiving the circuit board. The sidewall includes an opening, and at least two fasteners defined in an internal surface of the sidewall. The elastic module is received in the receiving space and fixed to the top cover. The elastic module rotates with the top cover and detachably engaged with one of the at least two fasteners to select a desired interface to be exposed to the opening.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of data uplink synchronization between a mobile terminal and a server. The server modifies the stored address book data one item by one item. The present invention also relates to a method of data downlink synchronization between a mobile terminal and a server. Before the server sends address book data to the mobile terminal requesting the downlink synchronization, it performs item-by-item adaptation of the address book data according to the item's attribute and parameter supported by the mobile terminal. The present invention relates to another method of data downlink synchronization between a mobile terminal and a server. The mobile terminal, according to the received address book data, modifies the stored address book one item by one item. The present invention implements the operation on each item in the address book, the adaptation to the item's attribute and parameter of the address book according to the specific situation of the mobile terminal, and the mapping to each item according to the meaning of the attribute and parameter so as to effectively avoid information loss caused by inconsistent attributes and parameters and the operations on the record.
