    摘要: Provided are improved methods for forming silicon films, particularly single-crystal silicon films from amorphous silicon films in which a single-crystal silicon substrate is prepared by removing any native oxide, typically using an aqueous HF solution, and placed in a reaction chamber. The substrate is then heated from about 350° C. to a first deposition temperature under a first ambient to induce single-crystal epitaxial silicon deposition primarily on exposed silicon surfaces. The substrate is then heated to a second deposition temperature under a second ambient that will maintain the single-crystal epitaxial silicon deposition on exposed single-crystal silicon while inducing amorphous epitaxial silicon deposition on insulating surfaces. The amorphous epitaxial silicon can then be converted to single-crystal silicon using a solid phase epitaxy process to form a thin, high quality silicon layer. The first and second ambients include at least one silicon source gas and may include a non-oxidizing carrier gas.

    摘要: The present invention provides a polymer of Formula (4) or (5) as manufactured by polymerizing alkylmethacrylate of the formula (1) or its salt with 2-metacroxyethyl triammonium chloride of Formula (2) or vinyl monomer of phosphonium salt of the formula (3), and further provides a photochromic polymer matrix manufactured by blending the said polymer as the supporter with a known photochromic organic compound. Further, the present invention enables a glass or a mirror, of which the transmittance and/or the reflectance can be adjusted, to be manufactured by coating it with the said photochromic polymer matrix in a given thickness. In the case of the glass manufactured by using the matrix of the present invention, it can be used in the field requiring adjustment the transmittance of light depending upon a weather condition, including a building or a car glass, a sunroof and the like. In the case of the mirror manufactured so, it can be applied to a rear-view mirror and a side view mirror for a vehicle and the like.

    摘要: A cyclone condensing apparatus having a structure in which air of high-temperature and high-humidity sufficiently contacts cooling water, and condensed water is efficiently discharged to the outside, and a washing/drying machine having the cyclone condensing apparatus. The cyclone condensing apparatus includes an air inlet connected to the upper part of a casing having a conical shape along a tangential direction; an air outlet disposed along the central line of the casing, and a plurality of cooling water spray nozzles disposed along the circumferential direction of the casing. A spiral groove for guiding condensed water downwards is formed in the inner circumferential surface of the casing, and a water-collecting container for collecting the condensed water is connected to the lower end of the casing. The cyclone condensing apparatus further includes an air blast fan and a heater in the washing/drying machine, and is connected to an air circulating duct forming a closed circuit together with a dry tub, thereby condensing water from air of high-temperature and high-humidity passed through the dry tub.
