The phase of a demodulation baseband signal is turned by a 22.5° turning remapper (3) at a speed twice the speed of the symbol rate of the demodulation baseband signal. The signal point position of the demodulation baseband signal is found by a signal point arrangement conversion circuit (73) in accordance with the demodulation baseband signal and the baseband signal whose phase is turned by a phase turning circuit. The signal point arrangement of the demodulation baseband signal is converted into the position of the first quadrant in accordance with the found signal point position from the demodulation baseband signal and the baseband signal whose phase is turned 45° by the two successive rotations made by the 22.5° turning remapper (3), and the dispersion is obtained in accordance with the baseband signal whose signal point arrangement is converted.

摘要： A low coherence beam emitted by a low coherence light source is split into two portions. One portion is transmitted from the outward end of a first single mode fiber via a detachable connector to a beam scanning probe, and then to a biological tissue; and the other is transmitted from an optical coupler placed midway along the light path via a second single mode fiber to a light path modifier. The light path modifier includes a galvanometer mirror to modify the light path length in accordance with a scan range, and a uniaxial stage to adjust the light path length to absorb the variation in lengths of different beam scanning probes. The light path is adjusted by the uniaxial stage such that the beam interference is detected for the scan range, to ensure stable acquisition of tomographic images.

摘要： The present invention provides a self-assembling peptide comprising: (a) a first amino acid domain that mediates self-assembly, wherein the domain comprises alternating hydrophobic and hydrophilic amino acids that are complementary and structurally compatible and self-assemble into a macroscopic structure when present in unmodified form; and (b) a second amino acid domain that does not mediate self-assembly in isolated form, wherein the second amino acid domain comprises at least one minimal biologically active sequence. Such self-assembling peptides are described herein as “modified self-assemblingpeptides.” The present invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions, kits and matrices comprising a modified self-assembling peptide, and methods of using and making such compositions, kits and matrices.
