Abstract: An air conditioning system for a vehicle may include a cooling duct provided with a cooling duct inlet at a first end of the cooling duct, and a cooling duct indoor outlet and a cooling duct outdoor outlet at a second end of the cooling duct, a heating duct provided with a heating duct inlet at a first end of the heating duct, and a heating duct indoor outlet and a heating duct outdoor outlet at a second end of the heating duct, and including a condenser disposed in the heating duct, an extension duct extending from both the cooling duct indoor outlet and the heating duct indoor outlet, and channeling air supplied from both the cooling duct indoor outlet and the heating duct indoor outlet to a passenger compartment, and a passage control door provided at an indoor outlet end portion of a partition wall.

Abstract: A multifocal rain sensor includes: at least one light emitting unit configured to output light; a first reflective plate corresponding to the at least one light emitting unit and disposed at a position spaced apart from the at least one light emitting unit by a predetermined distance; a glass part reflecting light after the light is reflected by the first reflective plate and forming a sensing region; a second reflective plate re-reflecting the light reflected by the glass part; and a light receiving unit configured to receive the light reflected by the second reflective plate. The second reflective plate includes a multifocal reflective plate having a plurality of focuses based on a vertical height of incident light that varies according to a change in thickness of the glass part.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a lighting button key is provided. The method includes forming a button body by processing a metal plate, attaching a thin film to the button body and performing double etching on a rear surface of the button body to process a symbol pattern. Additionally, the method includes press-forming the rear surface of the button body and an injection material of a transparent or translucent material into the rear surface of the button body to perform injection molding.

Abstract: An air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided. The system includes a cooling duct and a heating duct provided as spaces partitioned by a partition wall and an evaporator core and an inner condenser disposed respectively in the cooling and heating ducts. An outer condenser is connected to the inner condenser and the evaporator core via one refrigerant passage. An air volume regulation door is disposed upstream of the evaporator core and the inner condenser in an air flow direction, and a common blower is disposed at one side of the cooling and heating ducts to simultaneously form an air flow in the cooling and heating ducts.

Abstract: Disclosed are a coating composition applied on a tempered glass, the tempered glass preventing shattering when impacts are applied, and a manufacturing method thereof. The coating composition comprises a caprolactone-modified acryl resin, an acryl polyol, a polyurethane resin and the like, such that the tempered glass has improved strength and the ceramic part can be removed from a conventional tempered glass. Further provided is a vehicle product such as a vehicle glass component, such that passengers in the vehicle can be protected from the shattering of the broken tempered glass.

Abstract: A washer nozzle for a vehicle is provided. The washer nozzle includes a multi-step locking portion having a plurality of projections formed on the top of the housing and a fixing groove where a lower interior-side end of a mounting aperture formed at a vehicle body is inserted is formed on the bottom of the housing. The washer nozzle is inserted in the mounting aperture and the washer nozzle is configured to rotate to adjust an angle about the fixing groove in which the lower interior-side end of the mounting aperture is inserted. Further, one selected projection of the multi-step locking portion is configured to be locked to a portion of the vehicle body to maintain the adjusted angle of the washer nozzle.

Abstract: A dehumidifier for a vehicle lamp is provided which includes, a dehumidification case that is coupled to a lamp housing through the interior and exterior of the lamp. The dehumidifier includes a plurality of connected chambers and a suction path connected to the interior of the lamp and a discharge path connected to the exterior of the lamp. Further, a thermoelement is coupled to the connection part and has a first and second surface exposed to different chambers. An absorbent is disposed within the chambers and a valve is disposed within the suction path and the discharge path. A controller is configured to adjust the supply and direction of current and open and close the valve. The dehumidifier continuously removes moisture formed within the lamp, while alternately drying an absorbent disposed within a first chamber and an absorbent disposed within a second chamber using a thermoelement.
