    Abstract: A control method of an air conditioning system for a vehicle includes a process A of determining whether arrival at a destination is imminent based on data detected from a data detecting unit by a controller and comparing a target temperature of an evaporator with an actual temperature of the evaporator in a state of cooling a vehicle interior while the vehicle is running. A process B includes controlling a blow motor, a compressor, and a vent discharge control unit by determining whether the evaporator is cleaned by the controller through process A, and controlling an outdoor air/indoor air mode operation unit by detecting external humidity and internal humidity. A process C includes controlling the blow motor and the outdoor air/indoor air mode operation unit by comparing an external temperature with the temperature of the evaporator.

    Abstract: A cooling module for a vehicle includes: a high temperature radiator including first and second header tanks into which a coolant flows and from which it is exhausted, and a plurality of tubes and heat radiating fins respectively interconnecting the first and second header tanks; a low temperature radiator including third and fourth header tanks into which a coolant flows and from which it is exhausted, and a plurality of tubes and heat radiating fins respectively interconnecting the third and fourth header tanks; and a condenser disposed at a side surface of the high temperature and low temperature radiators corresponding to the second and fourth header tanks to be respectively connected to the second and fourth header tanks and condensing a refrigerant flowing therein through heat exchange with a coolant supplied from the second and fourth header tanks.

    Abstract: A cooling fan control method for a vehicle is provided. The method includes turning on a starting of the vehicle and sensing a stack temperature. A first required speed of first and second cooling fans required by the stack radiator is set and a temperature of an electrical equipment is sensed to set a second required speed of the first cooling fan. When an air conditioner is operated; an air conditioner pressure is sensed and a second required speed of the second cooling fan required by the condenser is set. The method then compares the required speeds as well as a resonance frequency RPM to determine different setting conditions of the fans. The operation of the fans is complete when the coolant temperature and an air conditioner pressure of the stack and the electrical equipment are within a predetermined setting value.

    Abstract: A direct-cooling stator core assembly having cooling channels so as to directly cool a stator core and a wound coil, and a driving motor for a vehicle including the same, are provided. The direct-cooling stator core assembly includes a stator core having an outer surface and a plurality of core recesses formed in the outer surface in a longitudinal direction. The direct-cooling stator core assembly further includes a cooling fluid supply member configured to supply cooling fluid to the core recesses in the stator core. In the direct-cooling stator core assembly, when cooling fluid is flowing through the core recesses, the cooling fluid flowing through the core recesses directly cools the stator core.

    Abstract: A reservoir tank for a vehicle includes an upper body provided with an inflow pipe and a lower body provided with a discharge pipe, the upper and lower bodies being assembled to each other. An inside of the upper body and the lower body is installed on a coolant passage while being partitioned into a plurality of chambers, where one side of an upper portion of the upper body is provided with the inflow pipe parallel therewith, and the upper body is integrally connected to a guide pipe in a vertical direction to the inflow pipe to downwardly guide coolant. The lower body is provided with a guide rib corresponding to the guide pipe to enclose an outer side of a tip portion of the guide pipe while the guide rib is spaced apart from the outer side of the tip portion of the guide pipe at a predetermined interval to form the coolant passage between the guide rib and the guide pipe.
