Abstract: An electric oil pump system integrated with a heat exchanger capable of reducing installation space and cost may include: an the electric oil pump including a motor and a pumping part operated by power of the motor to suck and send oil under pressurizing to an oil-used part; and a heat exchanger to exchange heat between the pressurized oil sent by the electric oil pump and coolant cooled at a radiator while the coolant and the pressurized oil pass through the heat exchanger. In particular, the heat exchanger is directly coupled to the electric oil pump and the oil-used part, respectively, and integrated with each other.

Abstract: A control method of an air conditioning system for a vehicle includes a process A of determining whether arrival at a destination is imminent based on data detected from a data detecting unit by a controller and comparing a target temperature of an evaporator with an actual temperature of the evaporator in a state of cooling a vehicle interior while the vehicle is running. A process B includes controlling a blow motor, a compressor, and a vent discharge control unit by determining whether the evaporator is cleaned by the controller through process A, and controlling an outdoor air/indoor air mode operation unit by detecting external humidity and internal humidity. A process C includes controlling the blow motor and the outdoor air/indoor air mode operation unit by comparing an external temperature with the temperature of the evaporator.

Abstract: A method and system of controlling driving of a brushless DC electric motor (BLDC) of an electric water pump are provided. The method includes estimating an initial position of a rotor using a magnitude of a current detected in a three-phase coil wound on a stator and converting a current magnitude that reflects a rotational angle of the rotor with respect to the initial position into two direct currents based on the three-phase current. The converted direct currents are output and a rotational angle, a speed, a flux and a torque of the rotor are acquired based on values of the three-phase current, a voltage generated according to flow of the three-phase current, a predetermined coil resistance, and an inductance input. A speed of the motor is then adjusted based on the acquired rotational angle, speed, flux, and torque of the rotor.

Abstract: A cooling fan control method for a vehicle is provided. The method includes turning on a starting of the vehicle and sensing a stack temperature. A first required speed of first and second cooling fans required by the stack radiator is set and a temperature of an electrical equipment is sensed to set a second required speed of the first cooling fan. When an air conditioner is operated; an air conditioner pressure is sensed and a second required speed of the second cooling fan required by the condenser is set. The method then compares the required speeds as well as a resonance frequency RPM to determine different setting conditions of the fans. The operation of the fans is complete when the coolant temperature and an air conditioner pressure of the stack and the electrical equipment are within a predetermined setting value.

The direct-cooling stator core assembly further includes a cooling fluid supply member configured to supply cooling fluid to the core recesses in the stator core. In the direct-cooling stator core assembly, when cooling fluid is flowing through the core recesses, the cooling fluid flowing through the core recesses directly cools the stator core.

Additionally, the method includes adjusting the speed of the motor based on a counter electromotive force generated by a plurality of stator coils having different phases in the motor.

The lower body is provided with a guide rib corresponding to the guide pipe to enclose an outer side of a tip portion of the guide pipe while the guide rib is spaced apart from the outer side of the tip portion of the guide pipe at a predetermined interval to form the coolant passage between the guide rib and the guide pipe.
