摘要： An IP telephone system having a function for holding a call connection when a first IP telephone terminal disconnects a call connection and a function for calling back from a second IP telephone terminal to the first IP telephone terminal when the call connection is in a hold state. The IP telephone system of the present invention includes a holding device. When the first IP telephone terminal goes into an on-hook state, an IP telephone exchange which manages the first IP telephone terminal switches the call connection between the first and second IP telephone terminals to a call connection between the holding device and the second IP telephone terminal. In addition, when the second IP telephone terminal requests a callback, the IP telephone exchange switches the call connection between the holding device and the second IP telephone terminal to a call connection between the first and second IP telephone terminals.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an information-processing apparatus for splicing an encoded stream at a splicing point set on the encoded stream, the information-processing apparatus including, a decoding unit configured to decode a part included in a re-encoding section as a part including the splicing point in order to generate a base band signal, an encoding unit configured to encode an edited signal obtained as a result of splicing the base band signal, which are generated by the decoding unit, at the splicing points in order to generate a re-encoded stream, and a control unit configured to add a predetermined section, which is included in the encoded stream as a section immediately lagging behind the re-encoding section, to the re-encoding section as a re-encoding extension of the re-encoding section in case continuity between the occupancy of the end point of the re-encoded stream generated by the encoding unit and the occupancy of a portion included in the encoded stream as a portion corresponding to the end point is not sustained.

摘要： An apparatus and method for generating a stereoscopic pointer. Position information designates a position of the stereoscopic pointer, including the depth direction of the stereoscopic pointer. Horizontal pointer position signals are generated based on the position information. The horizontal position of the pointer is set in left and right channels to a horizontal position shifted so as to correspond to a parallax of the position of the stereoscopic pointer in the depth direction. The stereoscopic pointer is displayed based on the horizontal pointer position signal.
