    摘要: The present invention provides a simple method for producing a dumbbell-shaped DNA.A method for producing a dumbbell-shaped DNA, wherein each of sense and antisense strands is connected at both the 5′ and 3′ ends of a linear-shaped double stranded DNA by a single stranded DNA of loop structure, comprising the steps of; 1) amplifying a target DNA in a template DNA by PCR using sense and antisense primers, wherein each of the sense and antisense primers contains the following sequence (a) at the 5′ end and also contains the following sequences (b), (c), and (d) in order from the 5′ end to the 3′ end, (a) a part of a sense sequence of a nickase recognition sequence, comprising the sequence of a region between the site where a nick is introduced by the action of a nickase and the 3′ end, (b) a sequence capable of forming a loop structure from a single strand, (c) the entire antisense sequence of the nickase recognition sequence (a), (d) a sequence complementary to all or part of the sequence of the target DNA; 2) treating the amplified DNA product of step 1) with a nickase of (a); 3) heating and then annealing the nickase treated amplified DNA product of step 2); and 4) treating the heated and annealed amplified DNA product of step 3) with DNA ligase, wherein the sense and antisense primers used in step 1) are phosphorylated at the 5′ end, or the amplified DNA product is phosphorylated at the 5′ end after step 1) but before step 4).

    摘要: A sweep termination generating circuit adopts an octagon boundary for sweep termination which is set by combining a plurality of comparators so as to be circumscribed about the display screen of a circular CRT. When the sweep position is deviated from the center of the display screen for the purpose of displaying a radar image by PPI sweep, the circuit allows the comparators to detect that a scanning signal for scanning an electron beam from the off-center sweep position has reached the boundary for sweep termination and thereby generates a sweep termination signal.

    摘要: A fluid compressor comprises a cylinder block, a driving shaft rotatably mounted in the cylinder block by means of thrust bearings and radial bearings, an inclined disk rigidly secured to the driving shaft, pistons slidably disposed in cylinder bores formed in the cylinder block, and shoes for operably connecting the inclined disk to the pistons, which are reciprocally moved in the cylinder bores when the inclined disk is rotated to pressurize gaseous fluid for cooling. In order to accommodate the inclined disk, the cylinder block has a housing, which is provided with recesses or grooves on the opposite axial end surfaces to catch the lubrication oil flowing along the inner wall of the housing. Oil ports or passages are also provided for introducing the oil from the recesses or grooves to the radial bearings. Sliding bearings may be used as the radial bearings. Such a sliding bearing may be provided with an oil guide groove or ball indents on the inner peripheral wall thereof.

The composite material comprises a ferrous cladding material, powder particles bonded to the ferrous cladding material, seizing portions defined by the powder particles, and a cast matrix of aluminum or its alloy held by the seizing portions. The method comprises the steps of spreading powder particles over a ferrous cladding material, bonding the powder particles to the ferrous cladding material by sintering, and casting aluminum or its alloy over the sintered surface. Further, a metallic layer can be formed between the bonded powder particles and the cast aluminum, by plating.
