摘要: A signal conversion circuit (20) is used for a multiple-primary color liquid crystal display device (100) which performs color display using four primary colors of red displayed by a red-sub pixel (R), green displayed by green-sub pixel (G), blue displayed by blue-sub pixel (B), and yellow displayed by yellow-sub pixel (Ye), and converts an input three-primary color video signal into a multiple-primary color video signal corresponding to four primary colors. The signal conversion circuit (20) performs signal conversion such that a gray scale level of the yellow-sub pixel (Ye) is higher than a gray scale level of the green-sub pixel (G) in at least some cases from among cases in which a red gray-scale level r, a green gray-scale level g, and a blue gray-scale level b which are displayed by the three-primary color video signal satisfy a relationship of r>g>b.

摘要: The purpose of this invention is to avoid unnecessary print out and cut wasteful consumption of resources and electricity. A printer receives a command indicating whether or not a user does not need to print out images such as advertisements on web pages. If a drawing command acquired by analyzing received print data is image, the printer determines whether or not the command is to draw images based on the user's choice and execute a drawing process along with the command from the user. Consequently, the printer can print out text information with eliminating image information which is noise for the user and can eliminate print out for unnecessary image information.

摘要: The invention provides a method and apparatus for easily and efficiently manufacturing a cable bead, which features excellent wire winding performance. In this method, an annular core is held by a core rotating means. Then a reel wound with a wire is revolved in one direction through the inside and the outside of the core by a reel revolving means by holding the reel wound with a wire alternately on one side and on the other side of the core. And a wire is wound helically around the core as the core is rotated in a circumferential direction in association with the revolving motion of the reel.

摘要: A liquid crystal display device (100) according to the present invention includes a liquid crystal display panel (10) and a driving circuit (20) that supplies display signals to a plurality of subpixels of the liquid crystal display panel (10). The plurality of subpixels are a red subpixel (R), a green subpixel (G), a blue subpixel (B), and a yellow subpixel (Ye). When achromatic colors of at least some gray levels among all gray levels are to be displayed by the pixel, display signals which are supplied to a first subpixel group composed of certain two subpixels are display signals of the same grayscale level, whereas display signals which are supplied to a second subpixel group composed of the other two subpixels are display signals of a different grayscale level from the grayscale level of the display signals supplied to the first subpixel group. The first subpixel group includes the yellow subpixel (Ye), and the second subpixel group includes the blue subpixel (B). According to the present invention, a white point adjustment technique which is suitably used for a multiprimary liquid crystal display device that performs multicolor display by using four primary colors is provided.

摘要: A computer performs press forming analysis based on a shape of a formed product or of a member, a blank holder force, a friction coefficient, a tensile strength of a material, a yield strength, a stress-strain relation, and a sheet thickness, as press forming conditions, to calculate sheet thickness distribution and post-formation strain distribution of the formed product. The computer also performs performance analysis based on the sheet thickness distribution, the post-formation strain distribution, and the shape of the formed product or of the member, as state amounts of the formed product. This calculate performance of the member. The computer repeats the calculations performed in the process from the first step through the second step a predetermined number of times, with at least one of the press forming conditions being changed, to output an optimum press forming condition that gives a maximum value or a target value of the performance

摘要: There is provided a signal conversion circuit which is suitably used in a multiprimary liquid crystal display device (especially a multiprimary liquid crystal display device which performs display in a vertical alignment mode), and a multiprimary liquid crystal display device having such a signal conversion circuit.A signal conversion circuit according to the present invention is for use in a multiprimary liquid crystal display device which performs display in a vertical alignment mode, and converts an input video signal to a multiprimary signal corresponding to four or more primary colors. When generating a multiprimary signal for displaying dark skin, the signal conversion circuit according to the present invention applies a conversion to the video signal so that a color difference Δu′v′=((u′−u60′)2+(v′−v60′)2) is 0.03 or less, the color difference Δu′v′ being defined by CIE1976 chromaticity coordinates (u′, v′) representing a chromaticity when the pixel is viewed from the frontal direction and CIE1976 chromaticity coordinates (u60′, v60′) representing a chromaticity when the pixel is viewed from a 60° oblique direction.
