摘要: A heat pump system for vehicle may include a first cooling apparatus that includes a first radiator and a first water pump connected by a first coolant line, a second cooling apparatus that includes a second radiator and a second water pump connected by a second coolant line, a battery module provided in a battery coolant line selectively connectable to a second coolant line through a first valve, and a chiller provided in a battery coolant line, connected to a refrigerant line of an air conditioner through a refrigerant connection line, and adjusting coolant temperature by heat-exchanging selectively received coolant with refrigerant, wherein a main heat-exchanger provided is connected to the first and second coolant lines to receive coolant circulating the first and second cooling apparatuses, and is connected to the first and second connection lines through a refrigerant valve to condense or evaporate refrigerant through heat-exchanging with coolant.

摘要: A thermal management system may include: a cooling apparatus of circulating a coolant in a coolant line to cool at least one electrical component provided in the coolant line; a battery cooling apparatus of circulating the coolant to the battery module; a chiller for heat-exchanging the coolant with a refrigerant to control a temperature of the coolant; a heater that heats an interior of the vehicle using the coolant; a branch line; a chiller connection line connecting the chiller and the valve; and wherein the reservoir tank is provided in the coolant line between the radiator and the valve, and is connected to the coolant line connecting the valve and the first water pump through a supply line, and wherein a condenser included in the air conditioner is connected to the coolant line to pass the coolant circulating through the cooling apparatus.

摘要: A method of controlling an air conditioning system for a vehicle enables a user to recognize whether economical heating is available, while a vehicle travels. The method includes: (A) when starting of the vehicle is in an on state, confirming a heating condition and a waste heat source state while the vehicle travels, and predicting power consumption of an electric heater; and (B) comparing a power consumption reference value of the electric heater with a power consumption prediction value of the electric heater, displaying that economical heating is available or unavailable on the display unit, determining whether to turn off the starting of the vehicle, and terminating a control.

摘要: An embodiment thermal management system of a vehicle includes an air supply device that draws and supplies ambient air. An air cycle apparatus connected to the air supply device that compresses or expands the air to be changed to a high or low temperature air. An air distribution device is connected to the air cycle apparatus and a cabin room connected to the air distribution device that receives the high or low temperature air. A first heat-exchanger connected to the air cycle apparatus performs heat-exchange on the high temperature air and a second heat-exchanger connected to the first heat-exchanger and the air cycle apparatus performs heat-exchange on the air. The second heat-exchanger and the air distribution device are selectively connected and the air having heat-exchanged while passing through the second heat-exchanger is selectively supplied to the air distribution device.

The air conditioner unit further includes a second expansion valve, a first valve, a second valve, a second connection line, a third connection line, and a fourth connection line.

The third coolant line is installed so as to connect the first flow control device and the second flow control device to each other.
