    摘要: In a method for utilizing a wedge engagement mechanism as means for retaining an output shaft without requiring a large driving power, there is a need for preventing fatigue life of an actuator from being reduced as a result of stress at contacting portions of parts of wedge engagement portions of the wedge engagement mechanism becoming large.In a linear actuator that converts rotary motion of a drive unit for rotation to linear motion through a rotary motion-to-linear motion conversion mechanism, a one-way mechanism is disposed upstream of the rotary motion-to-linear motion conversion mechanism in a rotational drive path, to thereby inhibit, with a small wedge engagement force, the output shaft from being driven by an external force, achieving reduction in the stress at the contacting portions.

    摘要: A plurality of advanced angle chamber oil paths communicated to advanced angle hydraulic chambers and a plurality of retarded angle chamber oil paths communicated to retarded angle hydraulic chambers according to a change in rotating angle of a cam shaft are provided. The plurality of advanced angle chamber oil paths and the plurality of retarded angle chamber oil paths, respectively, are switched between communication and cut-off according to a rotating angle of the cam shaft. When torque in the direction of advanced angle acts in an advanced angle mode for phase shifting in the direction of advanced angle, the advanced angle hydraulic chambers are caused to communicate to a hydraulic power source and the retarded angle hydraulic chambers are caused to communicate to a drain. Also, at high speed of an engine, in the advanced angle mode, shut-off valves in the advanced angle chamber oil paths and the retarded angle chamber oil paths are opened so that hydraulic pressure is communicated from the hydraulic power source to the advanced angle chambers at all times in the same manner as in the related art.

    摘要: A second frame is arranged between a first frame and an orbiting scroll, and a central space and an outer peripheral space are sealed off by a seal portion, which is formed between an end surface of a shaft support of the orbiting scroll and the second frame. Also, a balance weight is arranged in a space between an underside of the second frame and the first frame. Thereby, most of an oil having lubricated respective shaft supports flows into the space below the second frame, and the oil accumulated in the space is discharged through an oil scavenge pipe into an oil reservoir in a lower portion of a closed vessel. Also, since the balance weight can be assembled from a side of the orbiting scroll in a state, in which the second frame is removed, it is possible to mount the balance weight close to the orbiting scroll.

    摘要: A compressor includes a compression chamber for compressing working fluid within an inside thereof, a discharge port, through which the working fluid flows out from the compression chamber, and a discharge valve for opening or closing the discharge port. The discharge valve includes a valve seat portion provided in the discharge port and having a tapered surface, so that a cross-section area of the discharge port comes to be large from a side of the compression chamber. The valve has a projection portion having a tapered surface in contact with the tapered surface of the valve seat portion. A spring is provided on a member formed in one body with the valve seat portion, for positioning the valve to the valve seat portion, wherein clearance volume of the discharge port is reduced, so as to improve the performances thereof.

The inner peripheral contour of the cylinder constituted by the epitrochoid-like curve is divided at the circumferential mid point of each of the portions where the distance between the rotor and the cylinder is minimized, and the curve is contracted in the circumferential direction by a predetermined angle to form a discontinuity corresponding to the predetermined angle. Both end points of the discontinuity is connected by an arc of the same radius as the rotor.
