    摘要: A slip control apparatus for a lock-up clutch disposed between pump and turbine impellers of a torque converter of a motor vehicle equipped with a traction control device for controlling a throttle valve of an engine so as to prevent excessive slipping of vehicle drive wheels, the apparatus including (a) a slip control device for controlling the amount of slip of the lock-up clutch such that an actual slip speed of the clutch coincides with a predetermined target value while the vehicle running condition is in a predetermined slip control area partially defined by the throttle valve opening, (b) a traction control monitoring device for detecting an operation of the traction control device, and (c) a clutch torque holding device for maintaining a present torque transmitting state of the clutch during operation of traction control device, by inhibiting a slip control operation of the slip control device or by maintaining the target slip speed of the clutch at the presently effective value.

    摘要: A composite communication network of a hierarchical structure including a subnetwork at least in part thereof has a gateway (GW) node having a control message communication medium which includes three or more routes. Routing of the network layer level is performed between GW nodes and routing of the data link layer level is conducted in the ring subnetwork. Each node in the ring has an NE address to be distinguished in the ring and a routing table which shows a routing direction corresponding to a destination node. When the GW node in the ring including a target of a control message receives a message, the GW node sets an NE address of the target node in the packet of the message as a destination address, and processes the packet for transmitting to the control message communication medium indicated in the routing table. The node that receives the packet carries out mapping of the destination NE address of the packet and NE address of its own node by means of a routing application protocol of the data link layer level. When the two addresses coincide, the node transmits the packet to the internal message processor, but when they do not coincide, the node transmits the packet to a neighboring node and routing of the control message is performed with reference to the data link layer level in the ring subnetwork.

    摘要: A paper feeding apparatus of the present invention, in which it is adapted such that a paper tray holding plural sheets of paper in a pile is supported by a fulcrum for rotation round the same and the paper tray is rotated by a paper setting mechanism so that the topmost copy paper of the paper held in the paper tray is brought into abutment with a feed roller and fed to a printing portion. As the drive power source of the paper setting mechanism and the feed roller, a constituent of a paper feeding mechanism, is used only a single motor rotatable in both normal and reverse directions. The normal or reverse rotation of the motor is selectively transmitted by a drive gear mechanism to the paper setting mechanism or the paper feeding mechanism, and thereby, it is made possible to selectively drive either the paper setting mechanism or the paper feeding mechanism using only a single motor. Thus, it is made possible to make the apparatus smaller and to reduce the cost of parts.

    摘要: An automatic transmission, for a vehicle with an engine, includes a hydraulic fluid pump which supplies pressurized hydraulic fluid. It is detected whether or not the engine is being started, and the pump output is controlled so as to be decreased when the engine is being started. If the pump is one whose output per one revolution of its input member is variable, then its output may be thus controlled by decreasing its output per one revolution when the engine is being started. And, if the pump is a variable capacity type vane type hydraulic fluid pump the output of which per one revolution of its input member is controlled by varying the eccentric position of a controlling member thereof, then its output per one revolution may be thus controlled by varying this eccentric position to give a pump output per one revolution decreased when the engine is being started. Alternatively, if the pump is a fixed capacity type electrically driven type hydraulic fluid pump the output of which per one revolution of its input member is substantially constant, then its output may be thus controlled by decreasing the rotation speed of its input member, possibly to zero, when the engine is being started. A system for implementing this method is also disclosed.

The hydraulic control system includes a hydraulic pressure source, a line pressure control valve receiving pressure from the hydraulic pressure source to generate a regulated line pressure, a throttle pressure control valve for generating a throttle pressure commensurate with the intake throttle opening, a governor pressure control valve for generating a governor pressure commensurate with the vehicle speed, a detent regulator valve receiving the line pressure to generate a regulated detent pressure, a manual valve for enabling manual shifts of the transmission, two or more shift valves for shifting the paths of the line pressure to the frictional engaging devices in response to the opposingly acting forces of the throttle pressure and governor pressure, the shift valves including one shift valve operative to establish the highest speed ratio for the transmission, and a control valve provided in the shift valve for the highest speed ratio and adapted to draw in the detent pressure when the intake throttle valve is opened substantially to a full extent, in a manner to offset the throttle pressure acting on the highest shift valve, thereby controlling the highest shift valve according to a balancing relation between the detent pressure and the governor pressure.

    摘要: There is provided a running device for track-laying vehicle, which can resolve a feeling of fear of falling height in a leading end portion of a crawler while relax a large impact when the crawler runs over a raised contact area. The running device includes a spring constant equalizing unit that equalizes an apparent spring constant of a second arm of lower track roller bogie device over a total length. The apparent spring constant is generated in maximum reverse camber of the crawler. The spring constant equalizing unit increases an oscillation angle α of the second arm that can abut on the first arm in the maximum reverse camber of the crawler such that the oscillation angle α of the second arm is larger than a crossing angle β of the connecting link. Desirably the increased maximum oscillation angle of the second arm is 1.3-2.0 times the crossing angle β.
