摘要: A conveying system for conveying a conveyable material from a hopper where the system includes a fluid port located below the hopper outlet and in a vertical flow path into hopper outlet that can be momentarily opened for an on the go release of a charge of compressed air directly upward into the hopper outlet and into the underside of the bridge in the hopper to either disintegrate or unlock the bridged particles from each other thereby causing the bridged material to fall into the hopper outlet and into the conveying system where the material can be transported to a remote location or to remove any material that may be adhering to the wall during an emptying phase.

摘要: A method for optimizing multiple psychoacoustic effects in a sound system includes synthesizing a high-frequency restored version of a input signal; adding the high-frequency restored version of the input signal to the input signal to create a second signal; synthesizing a third signal having enhanced spatialization from the second signal; synthesizing a fourth signal having virtual bass from the second signal; and, adding the third and fourth signals, or second, third and fourth signals, together to create an output signal.

摘要: A valve assembly configured to close off the flow of fluid within a fluid injection assembly includes a fluid column having a first open end and a second open end. A fluid flow path is defined between the first and second open ends of the fluid column, and a saturation valve portion is disposed within the fluid flow path. The saturation valve portion is a first configuration when no fluid is flowing through the fluid flow path, and the saturation valve portion transitions to a second configuration when fluid is flowing through the fluid flow path.

摘要: A method and system for providing efficient and flexible techniques for modeling technical and economic benefits of consolidating information technology (IT) systems, hardware, software, network, and other infrastructure are described. The system includes a data processing system configured to receive data from a user. The system also includes an input collection system communicatively coupled to the data processing system, with the input collection system designed to organize, convert, and sort the data to generate baseline server information. In addition, the system includes an optimization system communicatively coupled to the data processing system, with the optimization system designed to generate one or more server consolidation models based on the baseline server information. Further, based on the generated one or more server consolidation models, a recommendation can be generated.

摘要: A shelf-stable consumable composition may comprise one or more Probiotic-Mimicking Elements (PMEs) wherein the median particle size of the one or more PMEs is less than the median particle size of a probiotic from which the one or more PMEs were derived. In some embodiments, the median particle size of the one or more PMEs may be less than about 0.2 microns. In some embodiments, the PMEs may comprise at least one of peptides, fatty acids, bacteriocins, cell surface proteins, phospholipids, teichoic acids, and nucleic acids, and may be combined with one or more prebiotics, such as oligosaccharides, inulin, short-chain fructo-oligosaccharides, xylooligosaccharides, galactooligosaccharides, soyoligosaccharides, and lactulose/lactitol. Methods for preparing and using a shelf-stable consumable composition for promoting digestive health in a subject are also described.

摘要: Embodiments of a cable connector are provided that include an inner connector assembly and an outer connector housing. In use, the cable connector securely fastens or splices together at least two cables or cable sections and in electrical communication while also providing fluid communication therebetween. The cable connector further protects, and preferably seals off, the connection interface between the cables or cable sections and from the environment.
