In this regard, a communication device may be operable to determine a plurality of femtocells within a vicinity of its location. The communication device may be operable to receive information communicated from one or more of the plurality of femtocells, which are managed by a femtocell management entity. One or more of the plurality of femtocells may be selected for transmitting and/or receiving cellular data based on the communicated information. The communicated information may comprise one or more of global navigation system satellite (GNSS) coordinates, an identification number, potential interference, power levels, location, associated communication devices, and/or directionality of antennas of the one or more femtocells.

The monoscopic 3D video generation device may comprise one or more image sensors. The one or more devices operable to determine distance may comprise an optical and/or electromagnetic emitting device. The 3D map may be generated by the mobile device. The 3D map may also be generated by the mobile device based on information received from a location server.

    摘要: An array of monoscopic sensing devices comprising one or more image sensors and one or more depth sensors captures a 2D monoscopic video and captures corresponding depth information at a plurality different view angles for the captured 2D video. The captured 2D monoscopic video and the captured depth information at the different view angles are utilized to compose a 3D video. The captured 2D video and the captured depth information at the different view angles are compressed utilizing MVC. The compressed 2D monoscopic video and the compressed depth information at the different view angles are transcoded into a Blu-ray left view stream and a right Blu-ray right view stream, respectively, for storage. Depending on display configuration, the stored Blu-ray left view stream and the stored right Blu-ray right view stream are decoded utilizing MVC to compose a single view 3D video and/or a multi-view 3D video for 3D video rendering.

The captured 2D images and the captured corresponding depth information are utilized to determine an image mapping function based on view angles. The captured 2D images and the captured corresponding depth information may be modified or adjusted to a given view angle through the determined image mapping function to compose a corresponding 3D image for the given view angle. Regression analysis may be performed to determine the image mapping function by fitting the captured 2D images and the captured corresponding depth information to known view angles of the monoscopic video camera array. 2D image data and corresponding depth information are determined for the given view angle utilizing the determined image mapping function so as to compose corresponding 2D and/or 3D images/video for the given view angle.

The object may be re-located to a preferred location to adjust the associated 3D effects. Two-dimensional (2D) image data and corresponding depth information for the object at the current location are interpolated to the preferred location. A location difference and lighting condition changes corresponding to the re-location of the object are calculated to determine a view angle and lighting conditions for the object at the preferred location. 2D image data and depth information for the object at the preferred location are estimated based on the determined view angle and the determined lighting conditions for the object at the preferred location. The estimated 2D image data and the estimated corresponding depth information may be applied to the object at the preferred location to enhance the associated 3D effects for 3D video rendering.

The received base layer video and enhancement layer videos are selectively provided to the devices for the requested layered video service based on the corresponding video decoding capabilities and/or power profiles.
