    摘要: A receiving layer transfer sheet comprising a substrate sheet and a transferable resin layer provided on one surface of the substrate sheet, wherein said transferable resin layer comprises a dye-receiving layer and a cell-containing layer and said cell-containing layer contains a cell and/or a foaming agent capable of increasing the thickness of the transferable resin layer by a factor of 1.1 to 4 upon being heated; and a thermal transfer image-receiving sheet comprising a substrate sheet and a resin layer provided on one surface of the substrate sheet, wherein said resin layer comprises a dye-receiving layer and a cell-containing layer and said cell-containing layer contains a cell and/or a foaming agent capable of increasing the thickness of the transferable resin layer by a factor of 1.1 to 4 upon being heated.A receiving layer transfer sheet comprising a substrate sheet and a transferable resin layer provided on one surface of the substrate sheet, wherein said transferable resin layer comprises a dye-receiving layer and a cell-containing layer and said cell-containing layer comprises a cell and/or a foaming agent having an average particle diameter of 20 .mu.m or less; and a thermal transfer image-receiving sheet comprising a substrate sheet and a resin layer provided on one surface of the substrate sheet, wherein said resin layer comprises a dye-receiving layer and a cell-containing layer and said cell-containing layer comprises a cell and/or a foaming agent having an average particle diameter of 40 .mu.m or less.

    摘要: An object is to provide a fluorescent latent image transfer film which makes it possible to form a fluorescent latent image excellent in transferability and gradiation-property; a fluorescent latent image transfer method using the same; and a security pattern formed matter. To attain the object, there are provided a fluorescent latent image transfer film wherein a fluorescent ink layer formed of a resin binder comprising a fluorescent agent represented by the following formula (1) is formed on one surface of a heat-resistant substrate film; and a fluorescent latent image transfer method comprising the steps of putting this fluorescent latent image transfer film onto a transfer receiving material; heating the resultant in any pattern from the heat-resistant substrate film side of the fluorescent latent image transfer film by means of a heating element to transfer the fluorescent ink layer of the fluorescent latent image transfer film, correspondingly to the pattern of the heating element, onto the transfer receiving material, thereby forming a fluorescent latent image composed of the fluorescent agent on the transfer receiving material. wherein R1 is &Parenopenst;CH═CH&Parenclosest;n or (n is a positive integer), and R2 and R3 each represents H or an alkyl group.

    摘要: An image formation method and a thermal transfer sheet for use in the image formation method are provided. According to the image formation method and the thermal transfer sheet, an intermediate transfer recording medium comprising a substrate film and a transfer part, comprising at least a receptive layer, provided separably on the substrate film is used, and, at the time of the transfer of the transfer part in the intermediate transfer recording medium onto an object, the transfer of the transfer part onto the object in its nontransfer region, onto which the transfer part should not be transferred, can be avoided without installing any special ancillary tool on an image forming apparatus. In the method for image formation, a thermal transfer sheet comprising a substrate and at least a peel-off layer provided on the substrate is provided. Further, an intermediate transfer recording medium comprising a substrate film and a transfer part, comprising at least a receptive layer, provided separably on the substrate film is provided. The thermal transfer sheet and the intermediate transfer recording medium are put on top of each other so that the peel-off layer in the thermal transfer sheet is brought into contact with the transfer part in the intermediate transfer recording medium. The assembly is heated to remove the transfer part in its predetermined region from the intermediate transfer recording medium. The transfer part is then retransferred from the intermediate transfer recording medium onto an object. That is, the transfer part in its predetermined region in the intermediate transfer recording medium is transferred onto the thermal transfer sheet side provided with the peel-off layer and is separated from the intermediate transfer recording medium side.

    摘要: A print with a hologram, such as an ID card, including a transferred image including a transferred sublimable dye image of a full color using sublimable dye inks, and a hologram and the like laminated on the transferred image for security purposes. Even when stored or used for a long period of time, the hologram causes no unfavorable phenomena, such as bleeding, in the sublimation dye thermal transferred image and has excellent durability. A process for producing such a print with a hologram is also disclosed. In the production of the print with a hologram, a transferred image 2 of a sublimable dye ink or a combination of a transferred image 2 of a sublimable dye ink with a transferred image 3 of a hot-melt ink is provided on an image-receiving sheet 1. A protective layer 4 is provided by thermal transfer or other means on the transferred image so as to cover the transferred image, and, thereafter, a hologram layer 5 is thermally transferred from a thermal transfer sheet onto the protective layer 4, or a laminate including a hologram layer, for example, a heat-bondable hologram label (seal), is heated and pressed by a hot plate or a hot roll to heat-bond the laminate to the protective layer.
