摘要: A speaker apparatus in which the acoustic sound is radiated by flexural oscillations of a diaphragm in the form of a panel having a substantially flat surface. The speaker apparatus includes a panel-shaped diaphragm the outer rim of which can be oscillated substantially freely at least in the direction along the diaphragm thickness and at least one driver unit constituting an oscillation source secured to the diaphragm surface for imparting oscillations to the diaphragm. The diaphragm is set into flexural oscillations by oscillations applied from the driver unit driven on the basis of the playback input signal. By flexurally oscillating the diaphragm to radiate the acoustic sound, optimum frequency response characteristics can be obtained over a wide frequency range from the low to high frequency range. Moreover, the acoustic sound of optimum sound quality may be radiated in a state of minimum sound pressure level fluctuations over a frequency range from the low to high frequency range.

摘要: In a card connector (1) in which a card-shaped connection object (200) is loaded with movement thereof in a first direction and is unloaded with operation of a button (90) in the first direction, an inhibiting mechanism (63) inhibits movement of the button at a first position in the first direction only when the connection object is not loaded in the connector. The first position is determined between a second and a third position in the first direction.

摘要: A process for recovering scandium economically with high efficiency by concentration and separation from an oxide ore containing nickel and a small amount of scandium as well as a large amount of iron and/or aluminum comprises the steps of acid leaching the oxide ore under a high-temperature, high-pressure oxidative atmosphere while restraining leaching of the iron and/or aluminum, thereby selectively leaching substantially all nickel and scandium from the ore, recovering the nickel from the resulting leaching solution as a precipitated sulfide while not precipitating the scandium as a sulfide but leaving the total amount thereof in the solution, and then adjusting the pH of the solution with a precipitant to recover the scandium from the solution as a high-concentration scandium hydroxide or carbonate by concentration and separation.

摘要: An earphone device includes an acoustic tube having an inner diameter substantially identical to that of the external auditory canal has an ear mounting portion at one end and an acoustic non-reflecting portion at the outer end. An earphone unit and an internal microphone unit are mounted on the periphery of the acoustic tube adjacent each other and communicate with the interior of the acoustic tube with their respective vibration plates facing inwardly of the tube. The phase of the signal representing the external noise in the acoustic tube picked up by the internal microphone unit is reversed and combined with the audio signal fed to the earphone unit. The earphone device also includes an external microphone unit on the outside of the acoustic tube and a variable ratio mixing circuit for mixing the input audio program signal, the reversed phase signal obtained from the internal microphone unit, and the signal from the external microphone unit, so that external sounds can be heard without removing the earphone device.

摘要: A power conversion system is disclosed in which a direct current is taken out of an AC power supply of variable frequency and variable voltage through a PWM converter in such a manner that in a region of low source voltage, the converter input current is limited to a predetermined value to maximize the DC power taking the voltage drop of the power supply into consideration with the power factor of "1" of the power supply, and when the current reaches an allowable maximum, it is limited to that value. In a region of high source voltage, on the other hand, the quadrature component of the input voltage applied to the source voltage is controlled preferentially in a manner to control the converter input voltage below a predetermined value, thus making it possible to secure the maximum power available from the converter over the entire range of operation. If a battery is connected to the DC side, a cooperative operation is made possible while the battery is charged properly.

摘要: A method of measuring adhesive strength is disclosed, characterized by the steps of:keeping the surface of a substrate adhered with an adhesive sheet in a fixed relative position to the pickup roller an auxiliary roller projecting from a machine frame;securing the tip end of either the adhesive sheet or the lead-in tape leading said adhesive sheet to the pickup roller;setting a specific peeling angle for peeling the adhesive sheet from the surface of the substrate;pulling the adhesive sheet by rotating the pickup roller at a constant speed while maintaining the set angle;peeling off the adhesive sheet 2 from the substrate, and subsequently winding it onto the pickup roller;detecting the torque of the pickup roller using a torque detector; anddisplaying and/or recording the adhesive strength of the adhesive sheet to said substrate based on output signals from the torque detector.
