摘要: Novel cyclic adenosine monophosphate derivatives represented by the following general formula: ##STR1## wherein A stands for --S-- or --NH-- and n is an integer of from 2 to 12, ARE SUPERIOR TO KNOWN CYCLIC ADENOSIENE DERIVATIVES IN BIOLOGICAL AND PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES, ESPECIALLY PDE-inhibiting activity and membrane permeability. Accordingly, these derivatives are very effective for remedying and controlling diseases caused by disorder of the intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate level, such as asthma and scabies. These derivaives can readily be synthesized by reacting an 8-halogeno cyclic adenosine monophosphate of the following general formula ##STR2## wherein X is a halogen atom such as bromine, with an alkali metal salt of a linear alkylmercaptan having 3 to 13 carbon atoms in the alkyl group or a linear alkylamine having 3 to 13 carbon atoms in the alkyl group.

摘要: When the process plan made for execution is corrected based on the process correction condition, the variation amount in each of processes based on the process correction condition is calculated as the probability distribution using the probability distribution data generated by obtaining the probability distribution from the variation-amount prediction value of each of the processes. Thereby, the influence degree on other processes when the process is corrected can be estimated not simply as the propagation of the variation fixed value but so as to be more suited to the actual circumstances in accordance with the attribute information and the past variation patterns of the process.

摘要: The information processing apparatus for project management comprises: a function of displaying on a screen a task area 12 where a symbol 123 representing a document relating to a task constituting a project is displayed; and a function of performing document work according to an operation instruction for the symbol 125 representing the document displayed in the task area 12. The task area 12 has a work area 121 which displays a symbol 123 representing the document, and an output area 122. When a symbol 126 representing a document is moved within the output area 122, the output area 122 displays a symbol representing the document in a task area of another associated task constituting the project.

摘要: Simulation for evaluating approval/rejection of an action plan of the type in which work breakdown struction is changed by influences of external risk factors is achieved. A simulation apparatus includes a plan/risk input portion for accepting input of action plan data and risk scenario data, a plan/risk simulation portion for conducting simulation of an action plan by using the action plan data and the risk scenario data so accepted, and a plan evaluation output portion for evaluating a simulation result. The plan/risk simulation portion simulates occurrence of a risk phenomenon by using the risk scenario data, determines influence information given by the risk phenomenon to the action plan when the risk phenomenon is simulated as occurring and conducts simulation of the action plan by reflecting the influences of the risk scenario on the action plan by using the influence information so determined.

摘要: To predict a future work status, a variation amount in working efficiency set according to progress of a work regarding the workload and a variation amount in a work resource are considered, and the working efficiency is compensated according compensation of a work resource amount. Data of variation patterns of the working efficiency and the number of workers are previously defined and stored. A variation pattern for each work is selected from the variation pattern data on the basis of a work schedule data stored in the work schedule data storing section. Variation of the workload resource, the workload, and the working efficiency are stored. The prediction result is displayed. Upon excess and lack in the prediction workload over the scheduled workload in a period may be transferred from that period to the next period and from the next to that period, respectively.

摘要: A project pre-review estimate method capable of estimating influence of alteration in each process of a project on the whole process (project) considering structural alteration and fluctuating values regarding each process and their factors is provided. The project pre-review estimate method is carried out employing a process evaluation procedure which calculates quantitative and structural alteration amounts of the process plan using not only information on constraints (which has been used by conventional techniques) but also scenario information (in which probability of occurrence of a risk (i.e. a factor of alteration to a process) and the content/degree of influence regarding alteration of arbitrary processes caused by the occurrence of the risk are defined in a scenario format) and information for correcting parameters of the scenario by use of qualitative information on the project.
