    摘要: Provided are an LDPC encoder and decoder, and LDPC encoding and decoding methods. The LDPC encoder includes: a code generating circuit that includes a memory storing a first parity check matrix and sums a first row which is at least one row of the first parity check matrix and a second row which is at least one of the remaining rows of the first parity check matrix to output a second parity check matrix; and an encoding circuit receiving the second parity check matrix and an information word to output an LDPC-encoded code word. Also the LDPC decoder includes: a code generating circuit including a memory which stores a first parity check matrix and summing a first row which is at least one row of the first parity check matrix and a second row which is at least one of the remaining rows of the first parity check matrix to output a second parity check matrix; and a decoding circuit receiving the second parity check matrix and a code word to output an LDPC-decoded information word.

    摘要: A packet transmission apparatus and method is disclosed. The present invention transmits data packets without relaying a duplicate acknowledgement packet by equipping an indirect acknowledgement timer at a buffer, generating/transmitting the indirect acknowledgement packet of the first arrived acknowledgment packet base on the indirect acknowledgement timer and implementing an indirect acknowledgement method to a snoop protocol for overcoming problems of the transmission control protocol (TCP) in the wireless network environment. The present invention effectively utilizes resources of the wireless link, which is wasted during recovering lost packet in the conventional snoop protocol. The present invention also reduces a required size of the buffer of the base station by allowing a partially-generation of the indirect acknowledgement packet.

    摘要: Provided are a method of transmitting a dedicated reference signal (DRS), a method of receiving a DRS, and a feedback method of a terminal. The method of transmitting a DRS includes determining a DRS transmitting resource for at least one terminal which is a target of transmission, and transmitting the DRS using the determined transmission resource and notifying the terminal of information about layer used by the terminal. The method of receiving a DRS includes determining a DRS receiving resource, receiving information about layer used by a terminal from a serving cell base station, and receiving the DRS for the terminal using the determined reception resource and the information about layer. Accordingly, a terminal can find the position and sequence of its DRS. In particular, in the case of multi-user multiple input multiple output (MU-MIMO) or joint scheduling, it is possible to prevent or remove signal interference using the DRS of another terminal.

A mobile communication includes a first base station and a second base station which are located in two mutually adjacent cells, respectively, at least one base station of the first and second base stations which generate a subframe offset of transmit power (SOTP), and transmits a subframe offset of transmit power generated by at least one base station of the first and second base stations to at least one terminal which belongs to a corresponding cell. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce signaling times for transmit power control, and to accurately control transmit power.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for method for providing cooperative reception diversity based on signal point rearrangement and superposition modulation performed at a relay station is discussed. A first technique performs superposition modulation at a relay station and a second technique employs signal point rearrangement at a relay station. The superposition modulation is a different type of superposition modulation than that employed by the transmitter of the signal. Similarly, the signal point rearrangement is a different type of signal point rearrangement than that employed by the transmitter of the signal. As a result of the superposition modulation or signal point rearrangement performed by the relay station, the reliability of a signal received by a reception unit at the destination receiver is improved.
