A method for performing, by a terminal, communication using an unlicensed frequency in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus supporting the same are provided. The terminal may receive, from a serving cell on a licensed frequency, a subframe indicator indicating a subframe which is occupied by an unlicensed frequency, and may determine, on the basis of the received subframe indicator, the subframe which is occupied by an unlicensed frequency. Another method for performing, by a terminal, communication using an unlicensed frequency in a wireless communication system is provided. A PDCCH of a serving cell is monitored using a new radio network temporary identifier (RNTI); a reference signal indication is received from the monitored PDCCH of the serving cell; and a subframe which is occupied by an unlicensed frequency is determined on the basis of the received reference signal indication, wherein the new RNTI may be an RNTI which has been newly established in the terminal in order to receive the reference signal indication from the PDCCH.

Provided are a method of measuring by using a terminal in a wireless communication system, and a device supporting same. The terminal may: measure on the basis of a reference signal; receive a reference signal flag from a network; and derive a new measurement result on the basis on the received reference signal flag. The reference signal flag issues instructions as to whether a reference signal is sent from a target subframe, and the target subframe is a subframe used to derive the new measurement result.

Proposes are: a method for performing a radio resource control (RRC) connection re-establishment procedure by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, and a device supporting the same. The method includes: entering an RRC connected state; receiving an RRC connection re-establishment condition; determining whether the RRC connection re-establishment condition is satisfied based on a measurement result; and performing an RRC connection re-establishment procedure when the RRC connection re-establishment condition is satisfied, wherein the UE is a UE not supporting a handover in the RRC connected state.

A network indicates an identifier indicating usage of an MBSFN area via system information to a user equipment (UE). The UE determines whether to read a multicast control channel (MCCH) corresponding to the MBSFN area according to the received identifier.

A user equipment (UE) receives first control information on a first frequency, and receives second control information on a second frequency. The first frequency may be a 3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) long-term evolution (LTE) frequency, and the second frequency may be a TV broadcast frequency.

A method and apparatus for requesting a unicast bearer setup in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives a unicast request indication, which indicates that a target cell does not provide a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) service in which the UE is interested to the UE, from a network. Upon receiving the unicast request indication, the UE transmits a unicast bearer setup request to the network.

The method comprises: determining whether or not to perform the logging of MBMS information; logging the MBMS information if the logging is determined to be performed; and reporting the logged MBMS information to a network. Whether or not to perform the logging of the MBMS information is determined on the basis of the reception status or provision status of MBMS from the network.
