摘要: A water-dispersible polyisocyanate composition comprises a hydrophobic polyisocyanate (A) and a vinyl polymer (B) having a nonionic group and an isocyanate group, in which the hydrophobic polyisocyanate (A) can be dispersed in a water-based medium by the vinyl polymer (B) having a nonionic group and an isocyanate group. The water-dispersible polyisocyanate composition is produced by reacting a hydrophobic polyisocyanate with a vinyl polymer (b) having a nonionic group and an active hydrogen group-containing group capable of reacting with an isocyanate group at a molar ratio of the isocyanate group to the active hydrogen group-containing group of 3 to 350.

摘要: A processor with a personal verification function has a mouse used by a hand to operate a terminal (personal computer or personal computer main body) and being able to output a photographic blood vessel image obtained by photographing a blood vessel image of the palm of the hand, and a verifying unit carrying out personal verification at a desired time on the basis of the photographic blood vessel image outputted from the mouse and a registration blood vessel image. The mouse has a radiating unit radiating near-infrared light toward the palm of the hand, and a photographing unit photographing the photographic blood vessel image with reflected light from the palm of the hand. The processor with a personal verification function and an operating device make possible personal authentication and personal identification at any time, and are operable within a saved-space without placing a burden on the user.

摘要: The present invention has been made to provide a technique capable of easily preventing the third party from misusing the data related to an individual physical feature in the case where individual authentication is performed based on the physical feature. An individual authentication system that authenticates an individual based on his or her physical feature comprises an authentication information acquisition section that acquires, at the time of authentication of an individual, information related to a state in which predetermined processing has applied to predetermined physical feature of the individual as authentication information for authentication determination; a registration information acquisition section that acquires the previously registered information related to a state in which predetermined processing has applied to predetermined individual physical feature as registration information for authentication; and an authentication determination section that determines authentication of the authentication information acquired by the authentication information acquisition section based on the registration information acquired by the registration information acquisition section.

摘要: A navigation device includes a guide point selecting section selecting a guide point related to direction guide information among branch points on a travel path where a vehicle travels; a direction guide information generating section generating the direction guide information of the selected guide point; an output controlling section controlling output of the generated direction guide information; and an output section presenting the direction guide information. The direction guide information generating section generates the direction guide information in which the guide point is associated with display of the place name of the branch destination at the guide point.

摘要: In a navigation system using a bird's-eye view display mode, map data on a plan view map are subjected to a perspective projection conversion to obtain drawing data on a bird's-eye view map. An input of the position of a view point is accepted, and a projection plane for a bird's-eye view is determined so that the display positions of the two points which have been subjected to perspective-projection conversion are coincident with predetermined positions. Alternatively, an input of a scale is accepted, so that the display positions of the two points after the perspective projection conversion are coincident with predetermined positions and the drawing scale is coincident with the input scale. In a further alternative, an input of the projection angle is accepted, and the projection plane is determined on the basis of the projection angle and the position of the view point.
