    摘要: A stepping motor includes a pair of drive coils arranged to sandwich a magnetic rotor in the axial direction of a rotor shaft in order to decrease the motor size. The drive coils are configured to be annular around the rotor shaft that extends in both directions from the magnetic rotor. A pair of cylindrical yokes are provided to enclose the drive coils. A pair of sintered bearings that support the rotational movement of the rotor shaft are made of a magnetic material, and the cylindrical yokes and the sintered bearings are formed together.

    摘要: A gate driver mounted on a TCP is mounted on a print substrate. The input/output terminal, input terminal, and power terminal of the gate driver at one end of a group of gate drivers are connected to a controller by this mount, and a clock signal, select signal, and power voltage are transferred in a direction of the gate drivers. Meanwhile, the input terminal of a gate driver at the other end of the group of gate drivers is connected to the controller, and a start pulse signal is transferred in a direction of the gate drivers. As a result, it is possible to provide a display driving device in which a start pulse signal is fed in at a correct timing, a manufacturing method thereof, and a liquid crystal module employing such a display driving device.

    摘要: A magnetic circuit structure in a disk unit which can be manufactured at low costs. The magnetic circuit includes a main yoke manufactured by stacking a plurality of rolled steel plates and connecting them together by caulking. The magnetic circuit further includes an inner magnet, an outer magnet, and a side yoke all of which are mounted on the main yoke. Both ends of the inner magnet abut against a pair of shoulders formed on the main yoke, and both ends of the outer magnet abut against a pair of shoulders formed on the main yoke. Vertical movement of the inner magnet is prevented by a pair of presser plates and fixed to the main yoke, and vertical movement of the outer magnet is also prevented by a pair of presser plates and fixed to the main yoke.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a rotary actuator having a retractor mechanism which can retract magnetic heads to a CSS zone of magnetic disks only by a mechanical bias force in stopping a magnetic disk drive at any cylinder position of the heads. The rotary actuator includes an actuator arm assembly rotatably mounted on a base of the magnetic disk drive, an FPC mounted on one side surface of the actuator arm assembly, and a magnetic circuit constituting a voice coil motor by combination with a moving coil supported to the actuator arm assembly. A retractor plate is fixed to the actuator arm assembly at a position opposite to a mounting position of the FPC with respect to the center of rotation of the actuator arm assembly. The retractor plate functions to retract the magnetic heads to the CSS zone of the magnetic disks by magnetic reaction with a magnetic flux in the magnetic circuit.

    摘要: A rotary actuator assembly in a magnetic disk drive unit capable of simultaneously realizing at low costs a reliable lock mechanism for an actuator and the improvement in gap magnetic flux density at both ends in a moving range of the actuator. The rotary actuator assembly includes a base; an actuator arm subassembly rotatably mounted on the base, the subassembly having one end supporting a plurality of magnetic heads and another end supporting a moving coil; and a magnetic circuit fixed to the base, the magnetic circuit constituting a voice coil motor in combination with the moving coil. Further, a latch magnet for locking the actuator arm subassembly is fixed to either the base or the magnetic circuit. The latch magnet has a magnetic pole directed to a center yoke of the magnetic circuit, and the magnetic pole has the same polarity as that of surfaces of an inner magnet and an outer magnet of the magnetic circuit opposed to the center yoke.

The capacitor includes a third metallic layer which is disposed on the diffusion layer for conducting an electric current therethrough, and a third insulation layer which is disposed on the second metallic layer for protecting the integrated circuit. The capacitor also includes a mold resin which is disposed on the third insulation layer for sealing the capacitor.
