Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that support techniques for intra-satellite handover. The described techniques provide for handovers such that a user equipment (UE) may transition from communications with a satellite via a first frequency (or set of frequencies) to communications with the same satellite via a second frequency (or set of frequencies). A UE may determine relevant timing and/or configuration for the second frequency (or set of frequencies) prior to transitioning from communications via the first frequency (or set of frequencies). Thus, the UE may efficiently begin communications at a second frequency (or set of frequencies) that are different than the first frequency (or set of frequencies)—for example, without performing a random access procedure.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. The method may include an energy harvesting (EH) device receiving a first control signal that includes scheduling information for the EH device. The scheduling information may indicate a first set of resources for communicating a first signal and a first offset between receiving the first control signal and communicating the first signal. Further, the method may include transmitting, via a second set of resources, a second signal indicating a second offset between receiving the first control signal and communicating the first signal and communicating the first signal via the first set of resources based on the second offset.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The described techniques provide for a network entity to indicate one or more wake-up radio (WUR) configurations to a user equipment (UE), which may communicate a desired WUR configuration with the network entity. The UE may indicate a request for the desired WUR configuration, may multiplex the request with another signal associated with the UE, or both. Additionally, or alternatively, the network entity may indicate a single WUR configuration to the UE, which may be determined according to desired configurations, a class of WUR, or both associated with a group of UEs including the UE. Such techniques may support a reduced overall power expenditure of the UE by improving WUR operation.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first wireless device may be configured to transmit one or more reference signals to a second wireless device using a first antenna array at the first wireless device and in accordance with a first precoder matrix. The first wireless device may receive, from the second wireless device based on the one or more reference signals, a feedback message indicating an estimated rotational misalignment, an estimated spatial misalignment, or both, between the first antenna array at the first wireless device and a second antenna array at the second wireless device. The first wireless device may then transmit a message to the second wireless device in accordance with a second precoder matrix that is modified relative to the first precoder matrix based at least in part on the estimated rotational misalignment, the estimated spatial misalignment, or both.
