    摘要: A pressure fluid reservoir having at least an approximately vertically disposed cylinder with a displaceably guided divider piston therein. The piston divides a pressure fluid reservoir chamber of the cylinder, located below the piston from a gas chamber located above the piston. The divider piston has a hollow chamber, which is covered with respect to the gas chamber by a cap having an opening. The cap has a fluid seal for lubricating piston sealing rings. A riser pipe that begins at an opening in the cap extends as far as a bottom of the hollow chamber that contains fluid. In an expansion of a gas cushion located in the gas chamber in the riser pipe and in the hollow chamber, fluid is pumped through the riser pipe to the fluid seal, to regenerate it the fluid seal. The pressure fluid reservoir is particularly well suited to vehicle brake systems, where long functional reliability of a piston seal is crucial.

The magnet armature is configured to actuate a valve element and is axially movable. An elastically deformable spring element is clamped and retained between a core end face of the magnetic core facing the magnet armature and an armature end face of the magnet armature facing the magnetic core. The spring element forms at least one contact point in conjunction with the armature end face and the core end face. The contour of the spring element, the armature end face and/or the core end face are formed in the radial extent such that a radial position of the at least one contact point changes as a function of a distance of the armature end face from the core end face.

    摘要: An eccentric bearing for an electrohydraulic piston pump assembly of a vehicle brake system includes a shaft which can be driven in rotation about its axis, a bearing ring which is eccentric relative to the shaft, and rolling bodies arranged between the bearing ring and the shaft. The rolling bodies have different diameters corresponding to a varying width of a gap between the bearing ring and the shaft. When the shaft is driven in rotation, an eccentricity of the bearing ring circulates around the shaft at half of the rotational speed of the shaft and drives pump pistons. The pump pistons bear at the outside against the bearing ring so as to perform a reciprocating movement.

A compensation piston unit drivable by the drive unit has a working piston chamber connected to the delivery side. A stroke volume of the first pressure chamber is twice the size of a stroke volume of the working piston chamber. The piston element and at least one component affixed to the housing delimit a second pressure chamber which is connected to the suction region which is operationally connected to the first pressure chamber during a suction stroke of the piston element whose volume varies by half the stroke volume of the first pressure chamber as a function of a movement of the piston element and whose volume expands with a delivery stroke of the piston element that decreases the volume of the first pressure chamber.

    摘要: A pump unit for a hydraulic vehicle brake system with traction control has an electric motor driving a radial piston pump. A rotor shaft of the pump unit has a hollow shaft with two standardized, hardened cylindrical pins that are press-fitted into the ends of the hollow shaft. The rotor shaft can be produced simply, economically, and without metal-cutting machining. The hollow shaft has high bending and torsional strength. The rotor shaft has a small diameter at the bearing points, which makes a small bearing diameter and thus a small installation space for the pump unit possible.
