    摘要: The invention relates to a device for suspending a unit, especially a hydraulic unit of an electronically traction-controlled brake system of a motor vehicle. The unit is suspended in a receptacle provided on the vehicle such that vibrations are damped. Hydraulic units of vehicle brake systems are usually equipped with an electric motor for driving pumps located in the hydraulic unit. The brake pressure in the wheel brakes can be modulated via the pumps. The pump drive can cause mechanical and hydraulic vibrations in the unit which can result in unwanted operational noise in case the vibrations are transmitted to the vehicle body without being damped. The improved device is manually preloaded due to limited space for using tools. A clamping mechanism is guided in an axially movable manner on an armature which is fixed to the hydraulic unit and which can be moved from a basic position into a clamping position. The clamping mechanism is interlocked with the armature in both positions.

    摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic unit for a hydraulic vehicle brake system having anti-skid control. The hydraulic unit includes a hydraulic block and an electric motor for driving hydraulic pumps inside the hydraulic block. The hydraulic block and electric motor are joined at a circumferential joint. For connection, the invention provides that the electric motor is provided with a radial flange, which is overlapped by a surrounding bead of the hydraulic block. The bead is designed so that it overlaps, in a radial inward manner, the radial flange of the electric motor by a joining process, for example, a surrounding caulking. The electric motor is sealingly connected to the hydraulic block in a simple manner by the surrounding joining process.

    摘要: The invention relates to a device for suspending a unit, especially a hydraulic unit of an electronically traction-controlled brake system of a motor vehicle. The unit is suspended in a receptacle provided on the vehicle such that vibrations are damped. Hydraulic units of vehicle brake systems are usually equipped with an electric motor for driving pumps located in the hydraulic unit.     摘要: A vibration-damping device for mounting a unit on a mounting face, including a bell-shaped housing, a damping body of vibration-damping material disposed in the housing, a rigid core received in the damping body, and fastening means associated with both the core and the housing. The damping body is cup-shaped and offset in its outside diameter at least once jointly with the core, and the open end of the housing is closed with a closure whereby a positive engagement is established among the components. As a result, the device is capable of damping tensile and compressive forces on the unit equally. The damping devices can be disposed on a common outside area of the unit.

    摘要: Pressure pulsations are damped in and a hydraulic unit by a device including a housing with an inlet and an outlet having a throttle and a filter preceding the throttle. The filter and the throttle are combined into a one-piece function element, which can be produced without metal-cutting machining and which can be fixed in the interior of the housing. This preceding filter prevents clogging of the throttle by contaminants in the pressure fluid, without requiring additional expense for parts or assembly. The function element can be produced economically in a minimum number of work steps, can be manipulated without problems, and in an advantageous refinement makes it possible to avoid unwanted accumulations of air in the device.

    摘要: A hydraulic unit for an electronically controllable brake system of a vehicle includes a housing block with mounting faces for instance for an electric motor and an electronic control unit; a plurality of connections for hydraulically contacting the block; and installation chambers, for pump elements, valves, and damping devices. These damping devices are connected hydraulically downstream to the pump elements, in order to damp operation-caused pressure pulsations and noises. Installation chambers (18i-k) for the damping devices and the installation chambers (18a-h) of the valves extend to a common mounting face of the housing block intended for mounting the electronic control unit. The damping devices protrude past this mounting face.
