    摘要: A pump unit for a hydraulic vehicle brake system with traction control has an electric motor driving a radial piston pump. A rotor shaft of the pump unit has a hollow shaft with two standardized, hardened cylindrical pins that are press-fitted into the ends of the hollow shaft. The rotor shaft can be produced simply, economically, and without metal-cutting machining. The hollow shaft has high bending and torsional strength. The rotor shaft has a small diameter at the bearing points, which makes a small bearing diameter and thus a small installation space for the pump unit possible.

    摘要: The invention relates to a pressure accumulator, especially for a hydraulic unit of a hydraulic vehicle braking system with electronic wheel slip regulation. Pressure accumulators having an accumulator piston acted on by a piston spring are known according to prior art. In order to save costs on parts for the piston spring and to save space in terms of the pressure accumulator, a piston spring having at least one first spring winding is used. According to the invention, the outer diameter of the first winding is smaller than the inner diameter of a second spring winding connected thereto.

    摘要: In a piston with an encompassing seal, which is seated slidably in a cylindrical receiving bore of a structural part such as a housing block and which can be acted upon by pressure on at least one end, the piston is intended to have a shoulder for receiving the seal. This shoulder divides a cylindrical running face of the piston of a segment having a jacket face, and a groove is formed into the jacket face for receiving a ring that secures the seal in the axial direction and also acts as a stripper ring protecting the sealing ring.

    摘要: A pressure fluid reservoir is made from two housing components, that are brought together with an outer and inner thread arrangement with end stops formed by adjacent ends of the two housing components. The first housing component of the pressure fluid reservoir includes two segments and the second housing component includes two guide faces with an inner thread and an outer thread located between them. The guide faces are disposed with such a length and such a spacing with respect to one another that prior to the threads being screwed together during assembly, the threads are sealed off from the reservoir chambers and two stop faces facing one another on the housing components come into contact on their ends once the screwing operation is completed. The ends are exposed to the outside so that the contact between the ends can be seen from the outside.
