    摘要： A glow plug shield centrally receives a glow plug which, typically, has a silicon nitride surface. The shield and plug are spaced radially from a fuel injector disposed centrally of a cylinder head. The shield and glow plug extend into a combustion chamber where the shield has an oblique end exposing the circumferential portion of the plug which faces the injector. This shield configuration protects the glow plug from cooling by inlet air, increases the residence time of air/fuel mixture around the plug, and improves flame propagation so that plug temperature and electrical power can be reduced to extend glow plug life. The shield has a coating exteriorly and interiorly covering the portion of the shield extended into the combustion chamber. The coating is of thermally insulating, high temperature resistant ceramic material and acts as a thermal barrier to further reduce glow plug cooling. A combustion catalyst such as platinum or palladium may be incorporated into the coating to further reduce the required glow plug temperature and electrical power.

The feathered covered end of the tube includes a series of openings along both the side wall and the end wall thereof, creating a vacuum type atmosphere with the feathers. In a typical assembly, the quills of the feathers are wire wrapped into position on the tube, and the wire wrapping overlaid by a heat shrinking material.

    摘要： A wheelchair tray assembly is provided which includes a horizontal tray and a vertical rod for pivotally mounting the tray to the leg of the wheelchair. A tubular member is mounted to the wheelchair leg for receiving the rod in a manner which allows the pivotal movement of the tray from in front of an individual in the wheelchair to an out of use position to the side of a wheelchair. The tray is preferably releasably coupled to the rod so that it can be selectively removed from the wheelchair for cleaning or transport of goods thereon. A locking mechanism can be provided so as to prevent inadvertent removal of the tray from the rod.

A rotatable screen has a continuous peripheral skirt which telescopes with an upstanding housing ring-like flange so as to create a serpentine entry path for grass and other foreign matter trying to enter at the seam between the screen and the inlet. Entry can be further restricted through the use of a radially outwardly directed ring extension on the screen and/or a guard ring member. These parts can combine to form a trap pocket and/or to increase the serpentine nature of the entry path. In one version, the grass will form its own seal in the trap.

An imaging device can be positionable relative to the worktable. The imaging device can be configured to obtain an image of the covering on the surface of the worktable. A projector can be positionable relative to worktable. The projector can be configured to project an image onto the surface of the worktable and the covering on the surface of the worktable. A controller can be in communication with the imaging device and projector. The controller can be configured to correct images taken by the imaging device. The controller can also be configured to correct the images projected onto the surface of the worktable and the covering thereon. The controller can be configured to permit the showing of virtual markings on the covering placed on the surface of the worktable through an image projected thereon by the projector. The covering can then be marked or cut along the virtual markings.
