摘要: Proposed are a method and a system for management of resources of portable resource modules, each connected to a communication terminal, which modules comprise electronic memory units and are designed in particular as chipcards. A first resource management instruction comprising a module identification is transmitted to a resource management centre. A second resource management instruction is transmitted from the resource management centre via a communication network to the resource module identified through the module identification. In the particular resource module, resources are made ready or released by a resource control mechanism corresponding to the received second resource management instruction. A resource management confirmation is transmitted by the particular resource module via the communication network to the resource management centre, and in the resource management centre information about the resources made ready or released is stored assigned to the module identification.

摘要: A method is disclosed for centrally storing data in a remote server (4). On the remote server (4), a voice memo (42) that has been recorded by a user (1) and converted into a text with the aid of a voice recognition system (13, 43) is stored as a text. The memory area (42) is user-specific, and the user (1) is previously identified in the remote server (4). Simultaneously, the contents of the memory area (42) can be searched by the user (1) for a particular item of information. The invention is characterized in that additional data are transmitted over an interface (14, 24) working at close range to a telecommunication device (11) of the user (1) and over the telecommunication device (11) to the remote server (4), and additionally stored in the memory area (42) allocated to the user (1). The invention also relates to a remote server (4) with equivalent characteristics.

摘要: Digital data, such as audio data is coded by encoding apparatus, into a format of fixed-length multi-bit data words. At least one bit in the same predetermined bit position in each data word is a specific information data bit, such as channel status information or user information. A plurality of the specific information data bits from a corresponding plurality of successive data words respectively form a specific information word. Each specific information word contains a synchronizing signal, and the length of the specific information words is variable. A decoder decodes the encoded digital data.

摘要: In a circuit supplying a digital system, the frequency at which the switching device therein is controlled is synchronized to be the same as one or several times half the sampling frequency. In this way, the original frequency spectrum can be kept free from interfering signals.

摘要: There is disclosed a method of digital signal transmission in which, for serially transmitting digital data of N channels, where N may for example be 16, 24 or 32, these data are serially and successively transmitted in groups of M, where M may for example be 2, 3 or 4, with each said group including data of K channels, where K may for example be 8, and in which a preamble with a pattern violating the rule of modulation for data transmission is provided, for example, at the foremost part of each such group, a data validity evaluation bit is added to the data of each such channel, and parity data is also provided to the totality of bits of each such group. A group address may also be provided to each such group for indicating its group number within the M groups.

摘要: For both recording and replay, a digital audio tape (14) is accelerated very rapidly by a motor servo (9), motor (8) and capstan (7) so that the tape speed overshoots nominal speed range before settling back to this range in an oscillatory manner. The digital samples are recorded and replayed via a head (15), a random access memory (16) and input/output electronics (19). During recording, the store (17) is precharged by starting to write in as soon as acceleration is initiated. Read-out to the tape is initiated as soon as the tape first reaches the nominal speed range. Uniformity of samples as recorded on the tape is preserved by clocking a read address generator (21) at a rate proportional to tape speed, signaled by a tachometer (7). The write address generator is clocked at the constant sampling rate. For replay the write address generator is clocked at the tape speed rate while the read address generator (21) is clocked at the constant sample rate. Write in and read out are both initiated when the tape speed first reaches the nominal range. The addresses provided by the generators (20 and 21) are compared by a comparator (22) which provides a reference signal to the servo (9) in an arrangement such as to adjust the tape speed always in the sense to maintain a constant degree of filling of the store (17).
