    摘要: An R—Fe—B sintered magnet has a structure including main phase crystal grains and a grain boundary area surrounding the crystal grains. The sintered magnet includes fluorine and a specified metal element selected from elements belonging to Group 2 through Group 16 of periodic table excepting the rare earth element, carbon and boron. The fluorine has a higher concentration in a region closer to a magnet surface than in the center. The specified element also has a higher concentration in the region closer to the surface. The sintered magnet includes oxyfluoride containing carbon, Dy and the metal element in a grain boundary area region at a distance of 1 μm or greater from the magnet surface, and the carbon has a higher concentration than the concentration of the metal element in a region at a distance of 1 μm to 500 μm from the magnet surface.

    摘要: An epoxy resin molding material for sealing which comprises an epoxy resin, an epoxy resin curing agent, and a pitch, as well as an electronic component comprising an element that is sealed with the molding material. This molding material exhibits favorable coloring properties, and even when used in packages with narrow distances between pads or wires, shorting defects caused by conductive materials can be prevented, as the molding material contains no conductive carbon black.

    摘要: A curing accelerator for a curing resin of the invention is represented by the following general formula (I). R1 to R3 in the formula (I) represent a hydrogen atom, or a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, and each may be the same or different. Two or more of R1 to R3 may be bonded to have a ring structure. R4 to R7 represent a hydrogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent organic group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, and each may be the same or different. Y− represents a group in which one proton is discharged from a monovalent group having 0 to 18 carbon atoms and having at least one proton capable of being discharged. Two or more of R4 to R7 and Y− may be bonded to have a ring structure. The curing accelerator exhibits superior curability under moisture absorption, flow properties, reflow cracking resistance and high-temperature storage characteristics.
