    摘要: The present invention discloses a role exchange method for Bluetooth system. It comprises the steps of: a first slave asking role exchange and transmitting a FHS packet to a first master at a first time point t1; the first master exchanging as a second slave at the second time point t2; the first slave re-transmitting a plurality of FHS packet; and the first slave exchanging as a second master automatically. The role exchange method according to the present invention can solve the failure problem of role exchange procedure due to the noise in the conventional Bluetooth scheme.

    摘要: The invention provides a device and method for wireless material handling systems. The invention further provides an instrumented glove device worn by an operator. A sensory system within the glove device measures the contact force the operator is exerting on either an object to be moved or the material handling system and generates a set of contact signals representing the contact force. The contact signals are transmitted, via a transmitter circuitry, to a controller in another location. The controller receives and processes the signals and generates a set of command signals. The command signals control the speed and mechanical assistance required of an actuator, as a function of the operator contact force, to move the material handling system.

    摘要: The problem of 3D panel display systems either (a) requiring special glasses to separate left and right images, or (b) having auto-stereoscopic 3D with compromised fidelity, is solved by providing, for each of a plurality of left and right sub-pixels, both (1) means for separating the left and right image signals (e.g., alternating wedges, prisms, off-axis self-sourcing pixels, etc.), and (2) means for multiplexing the separated left and right signals to a plurality of users (e.g., gratings, such as amplitude gratings, phase gratings, etc.), such that (1) the left image is provided to a plurality of virtual volume apertures (VVAL) containing positions of the left eyes of the plurality of users, and (2) the right image is provided to a plurality of virtual volume apertures (VVAR) containing positions of the right eyes of the plurality of users. Glass-free 3D systems consistent with the present invention may treat far field optical signals from the display panel as electro-magnetic waves (and therefore treat diffraction and interference properties as significant, dominating far field optical distribution) rather than as rays consistent with geometric optical theory.
