    摘要: A transaxle (1), having a hydraulic drive unit (20) and a pair of left and right wheel support units (2L and 2R), is suspended from a vehicle frame so as to be turnable around a turning-center axis oriented in a fore-and-aft direction of a vehicle. The hydraulic drive unit (20) comprises: a pair of left and right hydraulic motors (23L and 23R) having respective left and right horizontal motor shafts (23b); a center section (22) formed therein with an oil passage for hydraulically connecting at least one of the hydraulic motors to a hydraulic pump, the center section having motor attachment surfaces onto which the hydraulic motors are attached; and a pair of left and right axle casings (2L and 2R) containing the respective hydraulic motors and supporting the respective motor shafts. The pair of wheel support units (30L and 30R), supporting respective left and right travel wheels (1L and 1R), are joined to respective outer ends of the left and right axle casings, and drivingly connected to the respective motor shafts (23b).

The housing has a narrow gear accommodating space surrounding a region including a mesh point between the first and second transmission gears of the power transmission gear train, a PTO clutch accommodating space which surrounds the PTO clutch mechanism and which is fluidly communicated with the gear accommodating space, and a pair of first and second suction/discharge ports which communicate the internal space of the housing with an outside of the housing. The first suction/discharge port is arranged within the gear accommodating space so as to be positioned in an opposite side to the PTO clutch accommodating space with the mesh point between the first and second transmission gears interposed therebetween.

    摘要: A hydrostatic transaxle comprises: a housing, an interior space of the housing serving as a fluid sump; an axle supported by the housing; a hydrostatic transmission disposed in the housing so as to drive the axle, the hydrostatic transmission including a hydraulic pump disposed in the housing, a hydraulic motor disposed in the housing, and a center section disposed in the housing, wherein the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor are mounted onto the center section, and wherein the center section is formed therein with a fluid circuit for circulation of fluid between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor, and formed with an outwardly opened hole connected to the fluid circuit; a valve holding member fitted into the hole; and a relief valve connected to the fluid circuit through valve holding member. The relief valve is provided with a fixed flow restricting means for passing a specific amount of fluid from a higher-pressurized portion of the fluid circuit to a lower-pressurized portion of the fluid circuit. The relief valve allows fluid after passing through the fixed flow restricting means to flow to the lower-pressurized portion of the fluid circuit when a differential pressure between a primary pressure of fluid before passing through the fixed flow restricting means and a secondary pressure of fluid after passing through the fixed flow restricting means is zero or within a predetermined range.

    摘要: An axle driving apparatus comprises: a common housing; a pair of coaxial axles disposed in the housing; a common input shaft for receiving power from a prime mover, the common input shaft being extended perpendicular to the axles in the housing and passed through a gap between the axles; and a pair of stepless transmissions sharing power from the common input shaft, and transmitting power to the respective axles. The pair of stepless transmissions are arranged in the housing symmetrically centered on an axis of the common input shaft. The axle driving apparatus further comprises: a PTO shaft disposed coaxially to the common input shaft; a clutch disposed in the housing and interposed between the common input shaft and the PTO shaft; and a brake which is applied simultaneously to disengagement of said clutch so as to prevent inertial rotation of said PTO shaft.

The communication groove is formed at the position in the circumferential direction so as to be fluidly shutoff with respect to an upstream-side drain oil passage of the drain oil passage when the rotary valve is positioned at the shutoff position, and fluidly connected to the upstream-side drain oil passage when the rotary valve is positioned at the communication position.
