The heat-sterilized packaged coffee drink contains (A) monocaffeoylquinic acid, (B) ferulaquinic acid and (C) dicaffeoylquinic acid, the drink containing (i) a total of from 0.19 to 4% by mass of the components (A), (B) and (C) in a dissolved state, (ii) 80% by mass or more of water and (iii) from 0.005 to 0.028% by mass of a brown colorant in terms of edible yellow dye No. 4, wherein (iv) the mass ratio of magnesium/sodium is from 0.04 to 1, and (v) the mass ratio of quinic acid/brown colorant is from 0.5 to 30.
