The cantilever has a simple structure provided with the bend detector, and the drive head and the scanner are bi-directionally movable and have a large displacement due to the elasticity of the flexible hinge. The personal atomic force microscope has little hysteresis or creep due to its high linearity. Therefore, there is no necessity of a separate sensor system for calibration, and it is possible to obtain a desired image through a single initial calibration.

To achieve the above-mentioned object, this invention comprises at least one inlet (200) through which fluid flow comes in; a flow separator means (110) dividing the flow coming through the at least one inlet (200) into at least two separate flows; and an outlet (300) through which at least two of the at least, two flows having been divided into separate flows by the flow separator means go out after they meet again, thereby forming complex vortices near the outlet, which make the flow going out of the outlet swing. Flow spreading mechanism of the present invention provides a better uniformity of temperature distribution for refrigerators or air conditioners, compared with the simple-ducted outlet of the prior art.

A method of fabricating an N-type Schottky barrier Source/Drain Transistor (N-SSDT) with ytterbium silicide (YbSi2-x) for source and drain is presented. The fabrication of YbSi2-x is compatible with the normal CMOS process but ultra-high vacuum, which is required for ErSi2-x fabrication, is not needed here. To prevent oxidation of ytterbium during ex situ annealing and to improve the film quality, a suitable capping layer stack has been developed.
