When the responses are returned with respect to all issued commands, the counter array notifies the master processor of this.

摘要： A memory management and protection system for realizing a high speed execution and a proper and flexible memory access control for multiple programs sharing an identical logical address space. In the system, the memory access is permitted according to a segment identifier identifying a segment in the logical address space, and a memory protection information for a region in each segment including a target right permission to indicate assigned rights to make a memory access from the region to each of the segments, and an execution permission to indicate a type of the memory access permitted by the right permission. Alternatively, a memory access can be permitted by using an access control list to be attached to each address table entry, which stores a plurality of program numbers identifying programs which are permitted to make accesses to the logical address stored in each address table entry, among which one that matches with the current program number is to be searched. Also, it is preferable to allocate a plurality of programs within a limit of available memory protection capacity to an identical logical address space, without any overlap between adjacently allocated address regions.

摘要： A computer for simultaneously executing plural instructions decides the kind of operation and the possibility of simultaneous execution for the plural instructions as the instructions are read out from a main memory to a cache memory. The plural instructions and a corresponding decision result are stored in the cache memory. The decision process is performed for several groups of the plural instructions read out from the main memory to the cache memory in order. Then, the plural instructions are respectively assigned to a corresponding operation unit according to the decision result, and are subsequently executed by the corresponding operation unit. As a result of this arrangement, the repeated decision process for the plural instructions is not necessary when they are later read out from the cache memory to the operation unit.

摘要： Spray coating is performed utilizing a mixture of refractory material and a combustionable metal powder. The size of the particle of the metal in the mixture is selected so that the particle size is large enough to be treated safely and is small enough to be transported by means of a gas flow. As a carrier gas for carrying the mixture, a non-combustionable gas or fuel gas is used. A fuel gas and a combustion-assisting gas are discharged toward the section to be treated on the surface for directing a combustioning frame. The refractor material with the carrier gas is discharged into the frame established by the fuel gas and the combustion-assisting gas. The average size of the metal particle to be used in the spray coating is limited to be greater than 50 .mu.m. By enlarging the particle size of the metal, combustion of the metal particle becomes difficult. Combustion of such large particle size metal can be assisted by discharging the combustion-assisting gas together with the fuel gas. This compensates combustion efficiency to be dropped by utilizing the larger particle size metal.
