The present disclosure discloses a power control method performed by a User Equipment (UE) in a mixed cellular and device-to-device (D2D) network and the UE. The method comprises obtaining one or more power control related parameters for each of one or more neighboring cells of a serving cell for the UE from the serving cell or the neighboring cell. The one or more neighboring cells are asynchronous with the serving cell. The method further comprises adapting a D2D transmission power of the UE based on the obtained power control related parameters so as to reduce interference from the UE to cellular transmission of the one or more neighboring cells.

The disclosure relates to a measurement configuration method and a measurement report method. The measurement configuration method comprises generating and transmitting a measurement configuration message to a user equipment. The measurement configuration message indicates a cell to be measured by the user equipment and an event for triggering a report of the measurement. The measurement configuration message also indicates whether the event if of a decoupling type or not. The measurement report method in the user equipment comprises receiving the measurement configuration message, and measuring and reporting according to the measurement configuration message. By configuring the message configuration message to indicate the type of the event, the user equipment can differentiate a decoupling case and a normal case, and only reports the measurement as required. There are also provided a base station performing the measurement configuration method and a user equipment performing the measurement configuration method.

The present disclosure provides a terminal device and a method performed in the terminal device for communicating with a radio base station (RBS) or a Device-to-Device (D2D) terminal device. The method comprises forming a radio subframe by including coded bits in the radio subframe. The coded bits contain a sequence of systematic bits and a sequence of redundancy bits, and only redundancy bits are included in a head and a tail of the first and/or the last Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols of the radio subframe. The method further comprises transmitting the radio subframe to the radio base station RBS or the Device-to-Device (D2D) terminal device. The present disclosure also provides a communication device communicating with the proposed terminal device and a method performed in the communication device.
