摘要: A lower layer metal wiring is led out from a display portion to a terminal portion provided to the periphery of the glass substrate and covered at the upper surface with an interlayer insulation film. An upper layer metal wiring formed on the interlayer insulation film is connected to the lower layer metal wiring by way of contact holes formed in the interlayer insulation film. The upper layer metal wiring is completely covered by the transparent conductive film. A protective insulation film is formed on the transparent conductive film, and an opening is made in to the protective insulation film in the terminal portion. In the terminal portion, copper foil wirings of a flexible wiring substrate are connected by way of an anisotropic conductive film. The upper layer metal wiring is removed at a portion not protected by the protective insulation film or the anisotropic conductive film.

摘要: A tube restoring apparatus includes a tube insertion passage through which a connected flexible tube having a deformed cross-sectional portion at a joint portion thereof can be passed, at least a pair of press members defining at least a part of the tube insertion passage and formed with press surfaces for pinching the deformed cross-sectional portion of the flexible tube therebetween, and driving mechanism for moving the press surfaces at least in opposite directions relative to each other under the condition that the deformed cross-sectional portion is pressed between the press surfaces. In the apparatus, the deformed cross-sectional portion of which inner surface is fused or stuck by a tube connecting device is disposed between the press surfaces of the press members, and then the press members are moved by the driving mechanism so as to press or roll back and forth the deformed portion of the tube to tear off or separate the fused or stuck portion between the press surfaces, thereby restoring the deformed portion to ensure fluid communication within the tube.

摘要: A tube loading apparatus for loading a flexible tube into a tube receiving section which can support the tube includes a head having a base, a pair of chucks mounted on the base and a driving mechanism for moving one of the chucks. The head is movable in the X and Y directions relative to the tube receiving section. Each of the chucks has a pair of holding members for holding the tube. One of the chucks is adapted to move in the X direction by the driving mechanism so as to change the distance between the chucks. The driving mechanism is driven when the tube is held by the holding members of the chucks, to increase the longitudinal distance of the tube while reducing the outer diameter of the tube. The thus deformed tube is inserted into the tube receiving section by keeping the deformed condition, and then the chucks are operated so as to release the tube. Accordingly, the tube can be automatically loaded into the tube receiving section.
