    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to reduce the constraint that the density ratio is constant as small as possible, and to obtain high power recovering effect in a wide operation range by using an expander which is operated in accordance with a flowing direction of refrigerant. An expander used in a refrigeration cycle uses carbon dioxide as refrigerant and has a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger and an indoor heat exchanger. The expander comprises a cylindrical cylinder, a rotor which rotates in the cylinder, a vane which divides an expansion space formed between an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder and an outer peripheral surface of the rotor into a plurality of spaces, and a vane groove provided in the rotor for accommodating the vane therein. The vane groove is provided with a back pressure chamber which pushes the vane against the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder, and the refrigerant in the supercritical state is introduced into the back pressure chamber.

    摘要: A hermetic compressor according to the present invention uses a compressing mechanism which includes a rotary cylinder having a groove, and a piston slidable in the groove, so that the piston is rotated on a locus of a radius E about a position spaced apart at a distance E from the center of the rotary cylinder, thereby performing a compression stroke. In this compressing mechanism, the rotary cylinder is rotated and slid within the groove by rotation of the piston on the locus of the radius E about the position spaced apart at the distance E from the center of the rotary cylinder. Therefore, two spaces are defined in the groove by the piston and varied in volume by the sliding movement of the piston, whereby the compression and suction can be carried out.In this way, the compressing mechanism performs the compression and suction by only the rotating motions of the rotary cylinder and the piston, and does not require a member which is moved in a diametrical direction, such as vanes required in a rotary compressor, Oldham ring required in a scroll compressor and the like. Therefore, it is possible to realize a hermetic compressor, in which even if the compressing mechanism is fixed within a shell, only an extremely small vibration occurs.

The compounds of this invention can provide ideal agricultural and horticultural fungicides, since they exhibit outstanding fungicidal activities against plant pathogens led by late blight and downy mildew, their toxicity to animals are low and they are not phytotoxic.The compounds of this invention can be obtained by reacting pyrimidine derivatives represented by the following general formula: ##STR2## with thiocyanates while using an organic acid as a solvent. Good results can be obtained particularly when formic acid is used as a solvent.

Such configurations can reduce a diameter of the eccentric portion. A reduction in diameter of the eccentric portion can reduce a viscous force of oil acting between the eccentric portion of the shaft and the inner peripheral surface of the piston to thereby reduce a rotational moment about a center of the eccentric portion of the shaft, which rotational moment acts on the piston in a direction of rotation of the shaft, thus making it possible to reduce a sliding loss that is generated by a reciprocating motion of a vane in a vane groove.
