摘要： An electro-chromic display element, and a display apparatus and a driving method using the same are provided.The electro-chromic display element includes at least a display substrate 1b; a display electrode 1 provided on the display substrate 1b; an electro-chromic layer 3 provided on the display electrode 1; an opposing substrate 2b; multiple opposing electrodes 2 which are provided on the opposing substrate 2b and which are arranged to oppose the display electrode 1; and an electrolytic layer 4 provided such that it is placed between the display electrode 1 and the multiple opposing electrodes 2. The electro-chromic display element further includes an erasing electrode 5, which is a third electrode which is placed between the display electrode 1 and the multiple opposing electrodes 2 and which is arranged such that the electro-chromic layer 3 is placed between the third electrode and the display electrode 1.

摘要： A display control unit performs a control of displaying first image information on a display unit. An electric-power supply unit converts thermal energy generated from a body temperature of a user into electric power upon the user contacting the electric-power supply unit, and supplies the electric power to the display control unit. A determination unit determines whether the user is in contact with the electric-power supply unit. When it is determined that the user is not in contact with the electric-power supply unit, the display control unit performs a control of rewriting the first image information displayed on the display unit with second image information.

摘要： A substrate processing method that can selectively remove deposit produced through dry etching of silicon. A substrate has a silicon base material and a hard mask that is made of a silicon nitride film and/or a silicon oxide film and formed on the silicon base material, the hard mask having an opening to which at least part of the silicon base material is exposed. A trench corresponding to the opening is formed in the silicon base material through dry etching using plasma produced from halogenated gas. After the dry etching, the substrate is heated to a temperature of not less than 200° C., and then hydrogen fluoride gas and helium gas are supplied toward the substrate.

The peripheral circuit includes a first transistor having a first voltage as a breakdown voltage of a gate oxide film. The semiconductor memory circuit includes a pair of bit lines, one of the pair of bit lines being connected to a gate transistor of a memory cell, and a precharge circuit that includes a transistor having a breakdown voltage substantially equal to that of the first transistor, and precharges the pair of bit lines to a predetermined voltage in response to an activation signal. The activation signal of the precharge circuit is a second voltage higher than the first voltage.
